Within a week’s time of having an expletive-heavy breakup on 90 Day Bares All, Tim Clarkson and Melyza Zeta announced their engagement. As fans saw the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way pair narrate their magical Colombian proposal, they wondered what’s next for the TLC pair. Melyza has hinted at the future to come for her and Tim by posting she’s in America on Instagram.
The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way stars met during college when goofy Tim had bumped into the au pair Melyza at a bar he worked at. While Tim thought the Colombian lady "had legs that go on for days,” he did end up cheating on her with a co-worker when she had to go back to South America to finish school. But as Tim tried to make amends, their 90 Day Fiancé relationship grew further apart until the couple came clean about him having cheated with not one but three co-workers. Melyza also revealed that they weren’t a couple when she appeared on the reality show with Tim, but things have come far, as per their PDA on social media.
Tim, who horrified fans on 90 Day Bares All with his never-before-seen angry personality quirk, reappeared on the show to announce that Melyza now had a rock on her finger. Tim said he flew to Melyza’s town mid-pandemic and proposed to her within 24 hours. He claimed that Melyza was the only woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with, thus kickstarting their journey which fans are referring to as “Happily Never After.” However, the couple might not be going "The Other Way" if they do plan to come back to reality TV, as fans suspect. Melyza has been living her best American life as one can see via her multiple stories on Instagram for her 24k plus followers.
During a Q&A with her 90 Day Fiancé fans, Melyza Zeta answered burning questions such as, “do you prefer cheese slices or sticks?” Not to state the obvious, the next question was about what nicknames she and Tim call each other, to which she replied with, “chici, chiquito, chiquita.” However, as Melyza gave a reply to who is the most punctual out of the two (it’s Tim), one could see the location she tagged on her stories: Dallas, Tx.
With Melyza now in America, the guessing games about what the 90 Day Fiancé couple will do next have begun. Fans are wondering if Tim and Melyza wanted to get a spin-off all along, and wondered if they manufactured the drama. Considering that, will it be 90 Day Fiancé season 9 that Melyza and Tim are featured in? Or will they perhaps be the mysterious 6th couple in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6, arriving in April?
