Former 90 Day Fiancé star Tiffany Franco flaunted her curvy figure after weight loss surgery, wowing her Instagram followers. Tiffany started out as a reality TV star in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 1, in which she appeared alongside her husband Ronald Smith. Tiffany got married to the South American man in the season finale and welcomed baby Carley. Tiffany and Ronald’s relationship’s ups and downs are always the talk of the town with fans often questioning if they are still together or not. But Tiffany has also had an impressive makeover which has made TLC viewers equally curious.
Tiffany’s weight loss journey started after she gave birth to her daughter, and she seems to have lost over 15 pounds within the first month. But it was her 90 Day Fiancé co-star Angela Deem who inspired Tiffany to get a gastric sleeve surgery. Angela’s weight loss transformation was the focus of her 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? storyline in season 6, which Tiffany was also a part of. Angela ended up losing almost 100 pounds after her operations. In June 2021, Tiffany underwent surgery and it helped her lose 70 percent of her stomach fat. By December, Tiffany revealed she’d dropped 61 pounds.
It's 11 months since her operation and Tiffany has lost about 80 pounds. The 30-year-old is proud of her transformation which she often shows off on social media. In her latest Instagram Reel, Tiffany used the trending “And, why aren't you in uniform?” audio to debut her curves in a stunning blue dress. In the video, Tiffany can first be seen wearing a comfy AC/DC t-shirt as she stands with her hands on her waist with no makeup on and her long hair tied up in a bun. The clip cuts to a smiling Tiffany dressed in her stunning outfit with her long, layered hair falling down her shoulders and ready for perhaps a night on the town.
Fans loved the blue color on Tiffany so much that they wrote comments like, “Such a pretty color on you!” and “Gorgeous as always - this dress is everything.” Some of Tiffany’s Instagram admirers wanted to know where the dress was from and Tiffany tagged the Instagram handle of the DKNY brand. While “curvy cutie” Tiffany was the star of the video, her and Ronald’s daughter Carley seemingly stole the show. Followers noticed that Carley looks all grown-up now as she played on the bed behind Tiffany in the Reel. Some fans discussed how Tiffany’s new look is not just because of her surgery, but also thanks to a diet and exercise plan that she appears to be following.
Tiffany admits that apart from the weight loss, the sleeve surgery made her realize that she was using food as a coping mechanism. She says that it doesn’t allow one to overeat, which is technically possible if one forces themselves to eat, but the results aren’t fun. Tiffany, who stands tall at 5'7,” used to weigh 295 pounds before she went into surgery. And the results do speak for themselves in all of the 90 Day Fiancé star's latest Instagram uploads. Though fans may not agree with Tiffany’s relationship decisions, they feel that her physical transformation has given her a positive and confident attitude that they’d love to see on their TV screens via a new 90 Day Fiancé spin-off.
