After weight loss surgery helped 90 Day Fiancé star Tiffany Franco lose 80-plus pounds, she has been showing her new “snatched” waist on Instagram. The Maryland native became a known face on reality TV when she debuted during 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 1, in which she married her South African beau Ronald Smith. Tiffany and Ronald went through a series of breakups. Amid all of that, she decided she was going to start her fitness journey by getting a gastric sleeve procedure. Some fans might think Tiffany’s revenge body made Ronald break up with his new girlfriend. However, their latest split has resulted in her starring on 90 Day: The Single Life, where she is dating a man named Fabian.
It's also through 90 Day: The Single Life that Tiffany seems to have formed a close friendship with co-star Tania Maduro. With Tania, Tiffany went on a road trip to Atlanta, where they did a bunch of fun things such as going to The Vampire Diaries convention in Mystic Falls. 90 Day Fiancé celeb Tiffany and Tania also dressed up in Halloween outfits for one outing, which they showed off on her Instagram page. Tiffany decided to give fans a close-up look of hers, which she did by using the audio, “The h*** gonna love this.” Tiffany focused her camera on her waist, which she cinched with a corset and slowly revealed her face that was covered with a lacy black mask. “She is SNATCHED,” wrote a fan in the comments section. Tiffany wrote, “Gettin thereeeee,” to which the fan replied, “As if you weren’t already hunnyyyy.”

In a different Instagram Reel, which was all about Tiffany and Tania’s Georgia trip, the 90 Day Fiancé cast members unveiled their Halloween makeovers and received a lot of praise from viewers. Tiffany wrote that she had the best time while staying in Atlanta with Tania. “The duo we never knew we needed,” a fan wrote. “I feel like this needs to be its own show!” added another. Tiffany and Tania seem to be practicing self-love ever since they separated from their respective South African beaus, Tiffany from Ronald and Tania from Syngin Colchester.
Tania has been taking charge of her body by posting risqué photos on social media, and Tiffany’s become so confident while posing for the camera in the cutest outfits she’s ever worn. The latter has been mocked for her love of off-shoulder tops. But 90 Day Fiancé star Tiffany experimenting with her OOTDs, and fans can’t seem to get enough. The mother of two weighed almost 300 pounds when she was last seen on TV with Ronald in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 6.
Since her gastric sleeve surgery in June 2021 and a year later, Tiffany has not only lost 80 pounds, she is just 18 pounds away from her goal weight. She used to wear a double XL size before starting her weight loss transformation. She currently fits into a size M. Tiffany’s love life, on the other hand, is not seeing much success despite her chemistry with Fabian on 90 Day Fiancé. Previews suggest reality TV star Tiffany might get ghosted by the New Jersey man, which also explains why she took the Atlanta trip after being spotted on Tinder.
