Tiffany Franco from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise has shown off many fashionable looks in 2022 since losing weight. The 31-year-old reality star is known for her relationship with Ronald Smith, which began on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way in 2019. At the time, the single mom was close to 300 pounds and could not lose weight due to her second pregnancy. All that changed in June 2021 when she received gastric sleeve surgery.
90 Day Fiancé's Tiffany underwent the surgery on June 15, 2021, and quickly started to lose weight. By mid-2022, Tiffany dropped over 80 pounds and looked completely different. After gaining back her confidence following the surgery, Tiffany joined 90 Day: The Single Life season 3 and ended things with Ronald.
