Former 90 Day Fiancé franchise star Tiffany Franco recently posted her glamorous look on Instagram after losing over 70 pounds. Fans may remember the Maryland resident from her last appearance on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6. She featured on the season with her on-again, off-again husband, Ronald Smith. During the Tell-All, the couple revealed that they love each other and want to work on their marital issues instead of getting a divorce.
After seeing Angela Deem's newly-transformed figure during the Tell-All, Tiffany shared that she had also scheduled a weight loss surgery. Finally, in June 2021, the 30-year-old reality star underwent a vertical sleeve gastrectomy (VSG). Since then, she has been updating 90 Day Fiancé fans about her weight loss journey. Just a few weeks after the surgery, Tiffany clarified she didn't have the surgery to look skinny but to be healthy so that she could take care of her two kids, Daniel and Carley. Within weeks, she lost all the water weight. By December 2021, Tiffany showed off her new physique in a clothing haul video and revealed that she had dropped 61 pounds.
90 Day Fiancé franchise alum Tiffany has recently posted a makeup transformation video on Instagram in which she looks very different from her appearance on the show. Her face looks slimmer and her jawline looks more defined than before. Tiffany's overall stature seems very different. In the video, she first showed off her bare skin and messy hair while wearing a satin bathrobe. She then showed off her glam avatar in a black outfit. Mommy of Daniel and Carley is glowing in the video, and it seems that she is super happy with her weight loss results.
While Angela's weight loss makeover didn't receive much appreciation from fans, Tiffany's fitness results mostly get positive comments online. Many 90 Day Fiancé viewers were amazed to watch her latest glam makeover video and showered her with tons of compliments. An Instagram user commented, "Such natural beauty!!!" But fans haven't observed any major change in Tiffany's attitude after losing massive weight and achieving her fitness goals.
