During the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After season 6 Tell-All, the mommy-of-two told Shaun Robinson that she would have weight loss surgery just like Angela Deem. At the end of June 2021, she finally underwent a gastric sleeve to be healthy. Since then, many 90 Day Fiancé viewers have been curious to know how much weight Tiffany has lost. But the reality TV star kept mum for a few weeks. She avoided sharing her full-body pictures and only posted her makeup videos on Instagram. When asked, Tiffany told a fan that she has been losing weight quite slowly.
At the beginning of September 2021, Tiffany finally flaunted her slimmer figure in a clothing haul for a fashion brand. Many fans were amazed to see how gorgeous the 90 Day Fiancé star looked in her new figure in colorful summer dresses. In the video, her shoulders look smaller, and her overall body appears leaner. It has been three months since Tiffany's weight loss surgery. It seems like she has dropped all the extra weight because she is now looking skinny and healthy. Tiffany first wore a casual white top with black jeans, which would be great for running errands. She then twirled in plain yellow-colored and snow leopard print dress. In the comment section, a fan asked Tiffany how much weight she had dropped since the surgery. Tiffany replied, revealing that she had lost about 43 pounds.
