Both Tania and fans have been calling out Syngin’s behavior on the show, saying he’s acting selfish and immature. Tania and Syngin’s relationship has been going downhill for a while, and they’ve finally reached their breaking point. Although they have decided to separate, on The Single Life, Tania and Syngin are still living together, sleeping in the same bed, and even having sex. Syngin’s behavior garnered criticism from viewers, and it’s not hard to see why. Though Syngin says he wants to move on, he seems to be trying to get the best of being married and being single. He wants to keep sleeping with Tania and have her do his laundry and wash his dishes, but he also actively wants to go out on dates with other women. During their argument, Tania rightfully pointed out that they are still legally married and it’s inappropriate for Syngin to be dating before they’ve actually separated. Syngin has been sending his wife mixed signals, and it’s understandable that Tania is getting frustrated.
Fans were disgusted by Syngin’s behavior because it seems like he’s stringing Tania along until he finds something better. The two have truly become “roommates with benefits,” and it’s not fair for Syngin to be treating Tania like that.
