Tania Maduro is a 90 Day Fiancé alum who has acknowledged her mistakes and shared that she wishes one thing about her former relationship had been different. She's still feeling a lot of emotions following her recent breakup with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Syngin Colchester. 90 Day Fiancé fans know that these exes had their ups and downs. Tania and Syngin first appeared on 90DF season 7, and completed another season of the franchise spin-off, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?

Tania, a bartender from Connecticut, met Syngin, who was working as a miner, during a trip to South Africa. Although Tania was originally there to meet a different man, she fell in love with Syngin and extended her stay for over four months. This grand gesture did not go unnoticed, as he returned the favor and moved to the U.S. so they could marry. Despite Tania’s rigid nature and Syngin’s carefree attitude, the couple gave fans hope that opposites really do attract. Unfortunately, as they neared the end of season 5, they seemed to be moving towards divorce. In 90 Day Fiancé: The Single Life season 2, the duo made a brief appearance to announce their separation, before the crew followed Syngin on his new journey as a single man.

In a recent Instagram Q&A, a fan asked, “If you could change 1 thing in your relationship with Syngin, what would you do different?” Tania surprised many fans as she replied, “Letting go more of the responsibility I felt for his happiness.” Tania continued to talk about the unhappiness that Syngin felt and how she attempted to come up with activities to make him more comfortable. After numerous suggestions like camping or going to the bar, or even taking a class, Tania and Syngin wore themselves out.

At one point, Tania believed Syngin was the love of her life, which explains why she would work so hard to keep the relationship progressing in a positive direction. “I was so focused on what can I do for him to make happy… that I wore myself out, and then in return him.” Despite the 90 Day Fiancé star's confirmation of the breakup, with comments like “We are finito,” or “Do not resuscitate,” fans still believe this duo was the perfect couple. They are disappointed to see Syngin on the spin-off.

Even though Syngin may be ready to move on and start dating, Tania is still feeling the pain of the breakup. However, that won’t stop the popular 90 Day Fiancé star from working towards her goals. Tania is ready to learn from the past and has created a new five-year plan. Fans are excited to see what’s in store for Tania.
