As fans learned of 90 Day Fiancé season 8 star Stephanie Davison being uninvited from the Tell-All, she also spilled some secrets of her own via “Sofa Talk With Steph,” and admitted she used the show for fame. Accompanied by her personal trainer of 13 years, Frank, Stephanie spoke about the TLC show giving her an inaccurate portrayal. The Grand Rapids resident addressed the alcohol and drugs rumors and claimed that it was “exhaustion” that made her look the way she did on TV. The 90 Day Fiancé star also confessed that she did go on the show to promote her Skin Envy business.

The wobbly relationship that Stephanie had with her partner Ryan Carr on 90 Day Fiancé was marred with several controversies, even the one which finally made her break up with him on screen. Prior to the finale that gave Stephanie an open-ended farewell, suggesting her starting a new life with cousin Harris, the 52-year-old had made plenty of accusations toward TLC. It was rumored that she was planning to file a lawsuit against TLC, which may have kept her out of the Tell-All, and she felt that she had to set the record straight. After all, Stephanie’s relationship with Ryan, their 25 year age gap, the lavish gifts she splurged on him, and her large glasses of wine, made her one of the most talked-about cast members of 90 Day Fiancé season 8.

Although her alleged intoxication was the discussion of the hour in her tell-all on Instagram, Stephanie also shed light on her true intentions for agreeing to do the reality show. While stressing on the fact that her character was assassinated on the show due to so much of it being contrived, Stephanie recalled how she’d broken up with Ryan by mid-August. “I immediately called the producers and said ‘Ryan and I are finished, we are not gonna be on the show,’” Stephanie remembered telling a 90 Day Fiancé producer who asked her to “go on.”

Stephanie told her about Ryan bribing her, despite her already giving him “1000s of dollars to keep a roof over his head, feed the family, to keep the cable on” out of the “goodness of her heart.” Stephanie broke up with Ryan and said, “the show is finished,” but the producer still sent a crew of about 12 people from New York who kept “hounding her for three days." “You need to do this, you need to pay Ryan,” is what the team supposedly told Stephanie, since she was “giving him money all the time anyway.” Stephanie recalled them saying, “What do you care if he’s bribing you, this is gonna make you famous.

But the Michigan resident promptly told the producer, “I told you from day one, I don’t give a c**p about being famous. I’m doing this because I knew it would triple my business.” And Stephanie then proudly admitted to her IG followers that “it has. It has done exactly what I thought it would do,” implying that being on 90 Day Fiancé has been beneficial to her business. Stephanie says that she finally agreed and became “a trooper,” putting in multiple hours to make sure that “the show went on.” While Stephanie’s relationships on 90 Day Fiancé might have not worked out, it sure has helped the boss-lady reach her career goals.
