Stephanie Matto has been abusive to Erika Owens in many different ways on 90 Day Fiancé. The couple’s turmoil has been displayed on national TV for all to see and it was not pretty.

Matto’s attitude comes across as selfish and narcissistic, thanks to her tantrum-throwing ways that leave Erika Owens often alone and crying. Matto has not shown herself in the best light and for many episodes, has come across as heartless and selfish, finding it hard to Erika in.  The duo was supposed to be the network's first bi-sexual couple but instead many felt they cast wrong fans have found it difficult to connect with them.

After last night's, all-new episode of 90 Day Fiancé Before the 90 Days fans have really turned on Matto and are questioning her motivations. After what seemed like a long time coming, Stephanie finally ended their relationship. During their argument, one red flag flew high as Matto started yelling at Owens once again. The Australian had made it known previously that Matto raised her voice too much. As she did it again to try to win the battle viewers looked on and felt bad for Owens who seemed to be defeated.

Another red flag about Matto is her spurious ways as she seems to carry a complex around with her. She often acts as if she is better than Owens. For example, when Owens planned a fun art date where the women would plaster one another’s boobs, Matto refused to undress or participate. Owens was left confused because she thought her girlfriend would enjoy this as the American often portrayed herself as sexual.

The last red flag would be the lack of intimacy. From the moment Matto stepped off the plane she acted cold toward Owens, only embracing for side hugs. Owens tried explaining that she needed physical touch to feel closer to her partner with Matto still putting a roadblock up. Many viewers wondered if this was a technique to push Owens away.

The last straw for TLC viewers was when they watched in disappointment as Matto tried to tell her mother she was bi-sexual via a video chat but chickened out at the last minute. Owens’s face revealed how she felt betrayed. The phone call led to one of the most heated battles, which included Matto throwing objects. Owens was upset that Matto did not introduce her as her girlfriend. Fans find it easy to empathize with Owens, especially after learning that she was in a relationship for ten years with another girl who kept her a secret. While Matto never seems to properly digest the information around her and instead blows up.
