Nearly a month after 90 Day Fiancé star Colt Johnson’s accident, his wife Vanessa Guerra took to Instagram to share details on the couple's difficult path to recovery. The post has elicited much support from fellow cast members, most surprisingly Colt’s ex-wife Larissa Lima, who went into detail about her friendship with Vanessa. While Colt has always been a controversial figure in the 90 Day Fiancé universe, many of his cast members shared their concerns and well wishes in the comments of Vanessa’s post.

Not long ago, Colt and Vanessa teased that a major relocation was in their plans for 2023, however, Vanessa revealed in her post that she was forced to move them out of their second-floor apartment in Reno, Nevada on her own while Colt was hospitalized, as he will be wheelchair bound for the foreseeable future.

It’s an unfortunate turn of events for the couple, who have already overcome many struggles in the short span of their marriage, as detailed in the 90 Day: The Single Life season 3 Tell-All. It will take Colt six to eight months to fully recover and learn to walk again. Thankfully, between the community of fans and 90 Day Fiancé alumni, he and Vanessa are not alone in their trying time, with plenty of support being shown online.

Though Colt and Natalie Mordovtseva bickered during The Single Life Tell-All, Natalie was the top commenter, offering apologies and prayer emojis. Fellow 90 Day Fiancé star Syngin Colchester wished Colt luck in the healing process. Even past stars such as Ella Donahue, Amira Lollysa, and Patrick Cornett took the time to offer encouragement. The most surprising commenter was Colt’s ex-wife Larissa, who commented a string of “crying face” emojis. Larissa is facing worrying health updates at this time as well, which she explained in the replies.

Larissa responded to fans who called her emoji reply disrespectful and said, “I have been struggling with a severe flu for weeks now. Vanessa held my hand when 'no one' was there besides my closest friends by the time." Larissa added that all the cast members that used to flood her DM's with love and asked her to tag them have disappeared when she was fired from the show, saying, "The ones I follow are the ones that independent of be on spotlight or not always was there for me." Larissa doesn't wish anything bad for Colt and his severe injury, despite the problems between the two. Though Larissa is known for her explosive feuds, it seems like she, Colt, and Vanessa have worked out their differences, despite their drama-riddled past.

Though the 90 Day Fiancé universe is heavily focused on conflict and drama, it’s reassuring to know that in difficult times, cast members come together to lift each other up. Vanessa stated in her post that regardless of how people may feel about Colt, the injury has been hard for him physically, mentally, and emotionally. She told her followers that he could really use words of encouragement and support. As critical as some fans have been, calling Colt’s accident “karma” for the way he treated his mom Debbie Johnson last season is not acceptable. Colt seems to be receiving more support than hate from his fellow cast members.
