As she moves on from her disastrous 90 Day Fiancé season 8 Tell-All appearance, Julia Trubkina has opened up about her fitness journey and shared a throwback bodybuilding competition video. The 27-year-old has previously discussed her bodybuilding past. Julia credited her slim and toned figure to a fitness routine that included frequent trips to the gym and her job as a go-go dancer. Now living in the United States with her new husband Brandon Gibbs, Julia's life and fitness journey appear a little different.

The former fan favorite took a surprising turn at Part 2 of the Tell-All. She came across as judgmental during a plastic surgery discussion with Yara Zaya. Julia said that young people have become "lazy" and want immediate body transformations through plastic surgery. She stated that she would never get cosmetic surgery. Julia urged people to go to the gym to change their bodies. These statements caused many viewers to turn against her. Julia seems to be fine, though. She is sharing fitness content with her followers. She's also confirmed that she is still friends with Yara. As well, she opened up about the changes she will show on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6.

Julia, who formerly showed off gymnastic tricks, shared an old photo of herself in top competition form on IG. In the pic, she wore a hot pink string bikini. She added the caption, "This was my second competition. guys, in the season happily ever after, I had hormonal imbalance, food, flights, stress and I gained weight. I trained, spent most of the day on the street running with the dogs, helping on the farm, but the weight did not go away. I didn't really like and perceived yoga as a sport, but I began to do yoga once a week and the weight began to return to normal, naturally I continued to do loads. conclusion : a lot of problems depends on problems in the head, even weight problems." She'd previously said that she started online personal training. She wants potential clients to message her on Instagram. View Julia's photo below:

Julia has also shared other photos from her competition days. Another one is posted below:

"I hope after the Tell-All you have gained more empathy towards those who do have to resort to surgery to lose weight. Not everyone has the luxury to just eat right, exercise, and get into the correct mind frame," one fan commented. Julia then clarified her stance on surgeries. "Intervention of surgery as needed when it comes to health is a separate story," she wrote back. "We talked about young people who just want to get things done faster. go young girls who are cute and beautiful trying to chase fashion and make themselves clones of each other. I'm talking about it." One critic responded: "So you agree losing weight can be hard? Maybe apologize to Rebecca."

It appears that highly-ranked 90 Day Fiancé couple Julia and Brandon will have more problems to deal with on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? The Tell-All revealed that Julia's forced labor on Brandon's family farm was actually her choice. In the trailer for the upcoming season, Julia acts jealous of females who are paying attention to Brandon. The new season of the spin-off may determine whether Julia is a fan favorite or a true villain.
