90 Day Fiancé star Shaeeda Sween recently shared a throwback photo on Instagram revealing that she was homesick. Shaeeda first appeared with her husband Bilal Hazziez on 90 Day Fiancé season 9, when she moved to Kansas City from her home country of Trinidad & Tobago to be with Bilal. Shaeeda and Bilal faced many disagreements, including whether they were open to having children in the future. Shaeeda and Bilal have now returned for 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After season 7, where they are facing many of the same issues now as a married couple.
Shaeeda has recently taken to her Instagram story to share a throwback photo of herself in Trinidad & Tobago in 2020. In the picture, Shaeeda is striking an impressive yoga post where her front leg is straight while her back leg is bent, in the back of a pick-up truck. Shaeeda noted that the photo was from two years ago and wrote, "I'm missing Trinidad & Tobago" which she followed with the country's flag emoji. Shaeeda also asked her followers if her flexibility skills were impressive or not.
90 Day Fiancé Fans Think Shaeeda Misses Her Support System At Home
While 90 Day Fiancé fans like Shaeeda, they are not so fond of her husband Bilal. It is possible that Shaeeda's homesickness could in part be caused by the fact that her entire family and support system are there, whereas she only has Bilal in Kansas City. Fans do not find Bilal to be a supportive husband to Shaeeda, and they think he is dishonest with her about wanting to have more kids. Shaeeda has also not received much support from Bilal's family and was threatened by his ex-wife Shahidah, so it is understandable that Shaeeda misses her own support system in Trinidad.
Shaeeda has also emphasized that she had a successful career in Trinidad, as she owned her own yoga studio and was very well known throughout her community. Shaeeda and her studio even made the newspaper in Trinidad, which Bilal later hung up in her home yoga studio at his house. While Shaeeda is eager to continue her yoga career in Kansas City, she has to basically start from scratch. It is very possible that Shaeeda also misses her yoga studio back in Trinidad, especially given that she is doing yoga in the throwback photo.
90 Day Fiancé fans hope that for Shaeeda's sake she will be able to return to Trinidad & Tobago soon and reunite with her family and friends. Fans are also hopeful that Shaeeda and Bilal will build a healthier relationship and finally come to a concrete decision on whether to have children for Shaeeda's sake. While being homesick is always normal, fans particularly feel for Shaeeda, as they know she was not met with the warmest of welcomes in Kansas City.
