One of the most controversial 90 Day Fiancé couples to date is May-December pair Stephanie Davison and Ryan Carr. As Stephanie donned her UV glasses and hula hooped her way into 90 Day Fiancé season 8, she spoke of never having been married due to a troubled childhood. She'd met Ryan, 27, while on vacation in Belize. He made Stephanie, 52, think of white picket fences again. It was TLC’s Ryan’s “beautiful hair blowing in the wind” that made Stephanie the cougar become part of “a couple” with her cub. The 90 Day Fiancé duo dated for three years, amidst cheating rumors and Stephanie's cousin hookup. Recent spoilers suggest that 90 Day Fiancé’s Stephanie has finally dumped Ryan to date a New Yorker named Quincy Carver. While it’s not known if the alleged sexual harassment led to Stephanie making that rumored decision, chances are the breakup will happen in Belize during a future 90 Day Fiancé episode.
According to earlier reports, 90 Day Fiancé star Ryan Carr hails from Caye Caulker, a small Caribbean island off the coast of Belize. A few days ago, a Reddit user revealed how Stephanie and Ryan’s entire sequence (including the airport scenes) was shot at the Victoria House in Ambergris, San Pedro, Belize. Primarily, Belize is located in Central America and is bordered by Mexico to the north, Guatemala to the south and west, and the Caribbean Sea to the east. The country is known for its diverse cultures, a plethora of languages, and biodiversity. Belize is home to one of the world’s most mysterious civilizations (the ancient Mayan empire), and it's laden with archeological wonders that date as far back as AD 250-1000. The Belize Barrier Reef is the second largest in the world, after Australia's Great Barrier Reef, and has 100 types of coral, as well as 500 species of tropical fish. The Reef also boasts of the world-renowned Blue Hole, and as Lonely Planet advises, this is an ideal spot for kayaking, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, or lazing in a hammock.
90 Day Fiancé star Ryan speaking very good English is a sign that Belize is the only English language-speaking country in Central America. English is the official language, but Kriol is the one that’s spoken locally. The country’s biggest resource is tourism, and the weather stays warm yet comfortable all year round. Ladyville, where Ryan is said to have met Stephanie on 90 Day Fiancé, is the largest village in Belize, with a population of about 5,458 people. It's situated along the coast near Caye Caulker. Ryan’s town is a part of a small coral island with about 2,000 people, made up of a sand bar over a limestone shelf. If spoilers prove accurate, Ladyville might not be shown on 90 Day Fiancé. While Belize may be a plane ride away once the world goes back to its normal routine, 90 Day Fiancé fans do need to put their seatbelts on for the oncoming bumpy ride of Stephanie and Ryan’s relationship.
