Robert Springs and Anny Francisco had a shaky start to their 90 Day Fiancé life, only to later have a happily ever after. The Dominican Republican reality star had moved to America to argue over Robert having five children from four different women, his income, and his past. But Robert did discover a strong connection with his fiancée and the couple eventually walked down the aisle. However, after welcoming their baby girl Brenda Aaliyah in July this year, their followers are wondering why the couple is still hiding the baby’s face in photos.
Robert, 41, a rideshare driver in Winter Park, was a single dad to his 5-year-old son Bryson when he'd come across Anny, 30, online. The 90 Day Fiancé season 7 star met Anny in person after booking a cruise that had a one-day stop in her hometown, and proposed to her within eight hours. Robert didn’t really have money for a ring, while Anny expected him to buy her expensive things after her relocation to the U.S. Fans wondered if Anny was really just after money and an American visa. However, it was implied that Anny would have to become a stay-at-home mom to cook and clean and look after Robert’s son. But despite them butting heads often, Robert and Anny did get married and currently live in Florida. Still, for the 90 Day Fiancé couple’s Instagram followers, one thing continues to strike as odd – the fact that neither Robert nor Anny have made their baby Aaliyah’s pictures public.
In March this year, Robert and Anny had joined the cast of 90 Day Fiancé: Pillow Talk to become instant fan favorites. However, their stint ended abruptly after the expecting parents took a break to welcome their baby. TLC viewers saw them return to the couch-commentary show, and wondered what their child looked like, but the found no proper pictures. Anny’s Instagram account was flooded with curious comments asking her, “When do we get to see this baby it's not like you’re a celebrity. It’s funny.” Anny replied in jest saying, “I don’t care if I’m not a celebrity, I never said like I’m one but if I propose I can be… do not challenge me.” But Anny did reply with the actual reason for her not revealing the baby just yet to those fans who asked nicely. To a comment that said, “Aww I wanna see her,” Anny wrote, “Soon after I baptize her.” The 90 Day Fiancé alum further confirmed that she will, after all, share her sweet child’s pictures on social media, but only following her baptism. When a fan wrote, “Wish we could see her,” Anny commented, “After I put water on her at church… I want to present my baby to God first.”
Regardless, Anny does have critics. One fan stated that since giant stars like Kim Kardashian share their kids faces, they “wonder what is all the drama?" when it comes to Anny's kids. There’s even a fan claiming they’ll unfollow Anny as her “attitude is too bad.” Perhaps these fans need to take a step back and realize that all people, including reality stars, are entitled to privacy, especially when it comes to their kids. Although Anny does intend to share pictures of her baby soon, fans shouldn't be angry even if she never intended to show her baby's face online. Many families choose to keep their children off their social media for safety reasons, and that alone should be a good enough justification for fans.
Meanwhile, Pillow Talk lovers are rejoicing to see Robert and Anny’s return. The 90 Day Fiancé couple is amongst the few that fans always want to see more of, including Tim Malcolm & Veronica Rodriguez, and David Toborowsky & Annie Suwan. Their comeback has been met with great excitement from viewers who agree that they never liked them during their 90 Day Fiancé season 7 stint, but that their dynamic on Pillow Talk is top tier. Hopefully, the others who are not too happy with Anny will also nod in appreciation once she finally reveals Aaliyah’s cute face!
