Angela is anything but someone who would mince words. But yes, the word “submissive” is something that doesn’t exist in the 90 Day Fiancé wife’s dictionary. Not one to bend over backward to follow rules apart from the ones she makes, Angela does go over and above when it comes to getting what she wants – including Michael. But so far, 90 Day Fiancé fans have also heard Angela threatening to get his “a** whooped” for expecting her to change to fit in his Nigerian family. The poster girl of “I am who I am, and you can take it or leave it,” has rubbed many TLC viewers the wrong way with her apparently abusive behavior toward Michael. But in her recent Instagram story, Angela was seen pleading to Michael to give her “a little respect” with a granddaughter for company.
If her weight loss surgery and transformation are getting Angela a solo 90 Day Fiancé spin-off, it’s still a long time away. But in the meantime, Angela has been making jaws drop with her look reveals on Instagram and through TikTok videos. And when she’s not being her true diva self on IG, Angela is busy promoting her grandchildren and their cute videos. And that explains her roping in little Sid to dance along in a fun TikTok clip of Angela lip-syncing to Aretha Franklin’s popular 1967 track “Respect.” In fact, Angela's song choice fits her relationship with Michael perfectly, doesn’t it? The IG story by Angela with her grandkid has been reposted by 90 Day Fiancé fan page 90DayFianceNow and has been getting brilliant reactions, to both the meemaw’s weight loss and her sense of humor.
“Angela is such a vibe,” “Look who is the queen now,” and “She’s a piece of work… love her,” read some of the comments from TLC fans. But Angela, who recently introduced her other granddaughter London Rae to the world, is also fetching attention toward Sid, who fans think “is her twin” and “looks like a young Maya Rudolph.” That being said, some fans do seem to be concerned about Michael with comments such as, “Give him his visa already,” and “Where’s he at, when is an estimated date? This year?” showing up.
It could be the case that Angela’s upcoming speculated spin-off that’s fitness-themed also focuses on her family. While Michael may take a while to arrive in the U.S., fans would certainly love to get a glimpse at Angela’s role as a grandma in Georgia, while she interacts with her six grandbabies. And who knows, these little girls, who are already channeling the star power of their grandmother Angela, may just become reality TV superstars of the future.
