Nicole and Mahmoud Elsherbiny were recently introduced on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 4, and several red flags have already been spotted in the 90 Day Fiancé couple's relationship. Nicole was introduced first and explained that she currently worked as a delivery driver and clothes reseller in Los Angeles. However, Nicole revealed that she planned to leave LA to move to Egypt permanently to be with Mahmoud. Nicole had met Mahmoud while on a spiritual trip to Egypt, and the two hit it off so well that she decided to fly back to Egypt a week later to marry him.

While the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 4 star emphasized that she was head over heels in love with Mahmoud, she also alluded to many issues in the couple's marriage. Nicole indicated that she traveled back to Egypt to live with Mahmoud around six times but ultimately found it too difficult because of the cultural differences. Nicole also revealed that she and Mahmoud applied for a spousal visa for him to live in the United States, but she canceled it after the couple began discussing divorce. Nonetheless, Nicole decided to give her marriage with Mahmoud another chance by moving to Egypt to try living there one more time.

90 Day Fiancé's Nicole & Mahmoud Rushed Into Marriage

One of the biggest red flags in Nicole and Mahmoud's marriage is how quickly they rushed into it. Mahmoud told Nicole that she should move to Egypt and marry him within a few hours of them meeting, and she immediately agreed. A week later, Nicole flew back to Egypt and married Mahmoud after spending only two days with him in person. This is a major red flag, as there are so many things Nicole and Mahmoud were not able to learn about one another before getting married. As a result, the 90 Day Fiancé couple began to disagree regularly early on in their marriage.

90 Day Fiancé's Nicole Does Not Understand Egyptian Culture

A red flag about Nicole, specifically, is she does not understand the Egyptian culture and even admitted that the culture shock was too much for her. 90 Day Fiancé's Nicole and Mahmoud regularly disagree about Nicole's attire in Egypt, and it seems to cause a strain on their relationship. Nicole simply fails to realize that women in Egypt are expected to dress more modestly than in the United States, which is something she needs to understand if she wants to integrate into their community. If Nicole cannot accept the culture in Egypt, then it would be best for her to just stay put in LA and not move to Egypt.

90 Day Fiancé's Nicole & Mahmoud Have Already Considered Divorce

Mahmoud Sherbiny from 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way

The biggest red flag in Nicole and Mahmoud's marriage is they've already considered divorce only 11 months after they tied the knot. This is something the 90 Day Fiancé couple has seriously thought about, as it was severe enough to make Nicole withdraw Mahmoud's spousal visa application. Nicole and Mahmoud are still disagreeing over the same issues they were having when they first got married, so it is unlikely that they will resolve these issues anytime soon. Unless Nicole and Mahmoud make some big changes, they might be discussing divorce again at some point in the future.
