90 Day Fiancé season 8 star Rebecca Parrott shocks her followers by revealing an intruder broke into her apartment when Zied Hakimi was away. Rebecca got married to Tunisian man Zied on the TLC show after debuting on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 2. Their age difference, cultural barrier, and her Moroccan ex-husband created major problems in Rebecca and Zied’s lives. However, the couple is still together, and Zied has a job in America.

Although social media usually trolls Rebecca for her excessive use of filters, she doesn’t hesitate when it comes to opening up about her personal struggles online. In August, while Rebecca promoted a tattoo balm on Instagram, her followers noticed she was having difficulty breathing. The Georgia native took heed of the comments and revealed she was dealing with body tremors. More recently, Rebecca told her fans about Zied healing her past trauma after she watched Netflix’s Maid.

You're safe now, you breathe baby girl,” Zied told Rebecca then, and perhaps his words resonated with her when she saw someone standing at her bedroom door on Monday night. Calling the experience “absolutely terrifying,Rebecca told her TikTok followers about being summoned by a friend who lives three doors down. Her friend was crying and upset about her dog passing away, so to console her, Rebecca just ran out of her apartment while leaving the door unlocked. “I was there for about an hour,” the 90 Day Fiancé celeb added. “Zied started a job tonight where he’s working at night… just helping out a friend,” said Rebecca. “So I lock the door, come back and in, and then I decide, ‘You know what I’m gonna make sure that the door is locked because I’m freaked out,’” shared Rebecca, who then entered her room, changed, went to the kitchen, and made a snack.

After coming back to her bedroom, Rebecca decided to watch Bambi and got in bed. However, that’s when she first heard a disconcerting noise. She thought it was her cats, but they were in her bed. “I called my mom on video, and I was like, ‘Mom, I’m kind of freaked out.’” As soon as she did that, Rebecca saw the person and screamed, “Mom, somebody’s in my apartment.” Rebecca, still looking uncomfortable, wondered if she scared the person away because she was on video, but she didn’t hear them leave. “I heard noise, but I didn’t understand what the noise was, so I think they’re still in the apartment,” Rebecca grabbed a knife, went to the door, and upon seeing it unlocked, concluded they'd left.

As a shaky Rebecca tried not to throw up, she confessed the scariest part was the person being inside her house for 15 minutes while she changed her clothes and ate. “They were waiting to do something to me,” Rebecca said to the camera but assured her followers she called the police and now, “there’s nobody in the apartment.” While Rebecca is a former private investigator herself, she admitted she can’t stop thinking of what could have happened as she watches so many true crime shows. Meanwhile, 90 Day Fiancé viewers wonder if the person knew about it being Zied’s first night at his new job and has been watching the apartment. They’re sending Rebecca prayers and asking her to get a security system installed ASAP but are glad she is doing okay.
