Former 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? stars Paul and Karine Staehle are expecting their second baby together, and Paul recently shared 3D ultrasound pictures with his fans.

Paul and Karine weren't part of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 5 Tell-All. The show host Shaun Robinson addressed their absence, revealing that the network wanted to give them space to work on their marital problems. Many fans are curious to know how they are doing now, and it seems like they are doing just fine. Paul frequently posts pictures with Karine and her family on his social media. Karine looks genuinely happy to be back in her home country. Earlier, the 37-year-old Kentucky native told his Instagram followers that his Brazilian wife is pregnant. Their baby boy is due in February 2021. He even wrote a lovely and inspiring song for his wife and family, with lyrics that revealed the possible name of his baby, which is Ethan. As the due date is getting closer, the couple is now very excited to welcome baby number two.

Paul recently shared a couple of miraculous sonogram pictures of the baby. The 3D ultrasound pictures are usually taken between 28 and 32 weeks of pregnancy. These help doctors to detect and examine any fetal anomalies, such as cleft lips or spinal cord issues. The former TLC star shared the pictures on his Paul Staehle Instagram, where he has 460K followers. See the ultrasound post below

In the post, the baby's facial features are quite visible, and many 90 Day Fiancé fans think that Ethan looks just like his elder brother, Pierre, who will turn two on March 22, 2021. Paul's followers commented, "Unbelievable looks like Pierre gorgeous child," "Looks like Pierre," and "Aww he looks like his brother!!" Even fans who usually criticize Paul for his inability to provide the best living conditions for his family are now congratulating him.

TLC fans are glad that the couple is trying to work out their differences. The ex-reality TV star Paul moved from the United States to Brazil so his 24-year-old Brazilian partner could be closer to his family. There were some angry fans who sarcastically asked him if he's still going to get a DNA test. However, it seems like that won't be necessary as the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? alum Paul has already admitted his mistakes and apologized for disrespecting his wife on social media. He is now focusing on providing his family with a nice life.
