Paul and Karine from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days are one couple that currently appears to be doing better than ever after facing a rocky relationship. The two appeared in the first two seasons of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, as well as another spin-off show 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way.
Audiences followed American couples who met someone online and traveled to their foreign partner's country to meet them in person. American Paul traveled to meet his Brazilian love interest Karine to see if it was worth it for the couple to obtain a K-1 fiancé visa and live in America together. However, the couple is now living in Karine's home country of Brazil rather than follow many other couples in the franchise and move to America. This choice appears to be a positive one, as the couple recently shared happy images after making headlines for drama.
Now that they are living in Brazil, fans speculate that Paul and Karine appear happier than ever. Paul shared a photo to his Instagram this week featuring Karine and friends all smiling happily. Fans speculated on the photo wondering if the beaming Karine was once again pregnant. Paul's nearly half a million followers wished the couple a Merry Christmas. Paul and Karine experienced relationship obstacles from the start after the Kentucky native decided to try dating outside of his home country. The couple initially had to communicate with a translation app due to their language barrier, but they happily wed in Brazil in 2017 when Paul joined Karine in her home country. In March 2019, the couple welcomed their first son Pierre. Though things appeared to be well for the family of three, they made headlines in July 2020.
Fans became concerned for the couple when Paul claimed Karine took off with Pierre after an altercation that involved the police arriving at their shared home. According to US Weekly, Paul claimed that Karine filed for a full restraining order against him after claiming he had sexually assaulted her. It appears as though the couple has since made amends. Paul recently announced that he will be producing a new series that documents Karine achieving her cosmetology dream. More details about the project have yet to be announced.
Fortunately, things are looking up for the couple, who now appear happier than ever. While they haven't commented on the pregnancy speculation, perhaps they will be adding to their family.
