90 Day Fiancé couple Paola and Russ Mayfield have hinted at not only being back together in their Christmas picture but fans also think that she’s pregnant with their second baby due to a major clue. The couple’s TLC journey began in 2014 with 90 Day Fiancé season 1 in which Paola came to the US from Colombia to get married to Russ. Amidst several moves, an unfortunate miscarriage, and job losses, Paola and Russ set an example by staying together despite all odds. Still, in August this year, Paola and Russ confirmed they were taking a break from their marriage. But they’re perhaps letting fans know that they’ve now managed to reconcile after spending Christmas as a family with son Axel.
Although Paola’s series of cryptic tweets were a sign of trouble in paradise, Paola’s manager informed 90 Day Fiancé viewers the pair planned on going to therapy to work through their issues. Meanwhile, Paola, after becoming the sole breadwinner of the family who has embraced the van life, took up wrestling as a career and even won the Atomic Wrestling Championship barely a few months after entering the ring. But with such a successful professional life, Paola seemed to have not wanted to let her married life end with divorce. Earlier this month, Paola shared a smiling family photo with Russ and Axel, and the 90 Day Fiancé husband wrote he was happy to have spent time with her before she headed to Atlanta for the NWA.
While that photo did suggest that Paola and Russ were over their rough path, their Christmas update with Axel made some fans ask if it was a “pregnancy announcement.” Paola captioned the pictures with, “Feliz Navidad - Feliz Natal - Merry Christmas - buon Natale mis amores #family.” Some of Paola’s 1.1 million-plus Instagram followers appeared confused by Paola’s attire which they thought was lingerie, but she did later confirm it was a nightdress. A few others were glad about Paola and Russ for coming back together. But some didn’t know whether they should have been wishing Paola and Russ a Merry Christmas or congratulations since the gift bags in the photo looked like they were for a new baby with drawings of toys and the words “hello baby” printed on them.
“Hmmm, are you having another baby?? The gifts in the pictures definitely made me wonder if they were a clue,” asked one comment on Paola’s post. “So many baby gift bags. News to share? Feliz Navidad,” wrote a different one. But while former musician Paola did address that she wasn’t wearing lingerie in the photos with her family in a new post, she decided to ignore the comments about her expecting a possible baby. However, some fans do think that Paola cannot be pregnant as “she is still wrestling.”
Paola and Russ first met when he traveled to her home country of Colombia and tied the knot on 7 October 2013. On 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 3, Paola had revealed she had suffered a miscarriage due to her having type O-negative blood that was also Rh-negative. The heartbreaking loss caused more problems between them but on 1 January 2019, Paola and Russ welcomed baby Axel. Since then, Paola has hinted at her wanting a brother or sister for the little boy, which is why her possibly being pregnant also comes as happy news for her 90 Day Fiancé fans.
