Season two of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way returned to TV screens this June with two old and four new couples. Along with it came their baggage of interesting backstories and plenty of scandals. Season one’s controversial pair, Sumit and Jenny, showed up again after the elderly lady was tricked and lied to by her lover. Then, there were Deavan and Jihoon, who were starting out their new life in South Korea. However, the world turned upside down for these 90 Day Fiancé celebs and fans as the season progressed. Newer couples like Brittany and Yazan and Ariela and Biniyam were no different than the well-known favorites when it came to their everyday squabbles and cultural clashes. While the finale may have given some closure to the story of Armando and Kenneth, Tim and Melyza were skipped entirely. Will they be showing up for the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Tell-All, if there will be one at all?
TLC surprised its viewers a couple of weeks ago by dropping a trailer for 90 Day Fiancé season 8 out of the blue. While fans were happy to meet their favorites, like Rebecca and Zied again in December, many saw it replacing 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’s Sunday night time slot. With no space left between the older show’s finale and the new season’s premiere, many were left scratching their heads. To make it worse, when fans checked their TVs for TLC’s listings for next week, nothing showed up.
But, of course, just like season two of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way had many secrets up its sleeves, so does its parent network. The 90 Day Fiancé Instagram account posted a cryptic update hinting at what could possibly be the much-awaited Tell-All. The video shows host Shaun Robinson posing with a finger on her lips as the text “The Journey Isn’t Over” appears onscreen. The caption of this update says, “Love, lies, and laying it all out on the table. After this season of #90DayFiancé: The Other Way… the couples have a lot to talk about.” TLC further teased its followers by adding, “Stay tuned for a big announcement and more to come.” See the post below:
Perplexed fans have since then started guessing what this new 90 Day Fiancé update could mean. This Reddit post has a fan suggesting, “Call in Tell-All or maybe they’ll just visit each couple one by one and talk to them.” Another one cried, “Oh God, it’s probably a ‘strikes back’ show coming.” However, an interesting comment comes from a 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way fan who writes, “Ugh I don’t think we actually need a Tell-All this season." A fellow viewer replied, “Agree, they have already, ‘told all’ all over Instagram.”
