Being an Instagram influencer gets taxing at times, and a prime example of it is 90 Day Fiancé star Nicole Nafziger. While Nicole is still dealing with calling off her engagement with Azan Tefou and trying to deflect all questions about it on social media, she still appears to be working hard at losing weight. But the methods that Nicole tries to diet with are not approved by her 90 Day Fiancé fans, who can often be seen calling her out for promoting fraudulent slimming products.

Her weight was one of the major things that caused problems between Nicole and Azan’s relationship in 90 Day Fiancé. Upon meeting his online lover for the first time at a Moroccan airport, Azan had infamously declared that Nicole is “big, a little bit.” Since then, TLC viewers saw Azan, a gym freak, chiding Nicole continuously as also trying to make her work out. Nicole also started her fitness journey, well documented on Instagram, even though the 90 Day Fiancé celeb claimed, “I don’t think I want to change myself for a man to love me.” Fans surprisingly saw “lazy” Nicole trying to transform herself by also posting about weight loss tips and meal prep ideas. A keto diet was adopted, followed by a two-week challenge where 90 Day Fiancé star Nicole even apparently lost 13 pounds. But alas, just like her reality TV romance with Azan, which turned out to be disastrous at best, Nicole’s weight loss journey became a running joke amongst her 90 Day Fiancé followers.

A recent attempt by 90 Day Fiancé personality Nicole Nafziger at sharing her weight loss goals on Instagram has also met with a similar fate. Addressing the promotional IG post to “anyone feeling that ‘blah,’ get on over to," Nicole advocated the “BOGO” offer of the slimming tummy tea by adding that it gives her “extra energy” and a “Lil confidence boost.” Considering this isn’t the first time Azan’s ex had posted about the brand, fans called 90 Day Fiancé’s Nicole out for influencing her followers into buying the controversial tea.

A top comment read, “I see her holding all this tea for months and nothing no difference,” and a different fan echoed most others by writing, “she looks exactly the same.” Another 90 Day Fiancé viewer took a dig at Nicole’s caption with, “I too feel a confidence boost taking laxative tea,” and a fan asked Azan’s ex-fiancé, “When are we gonna start seeing results?” Still, one fan advised Nicole, “No tea is going to help you with weight loss. Balanced diet and exercise are.”

Over the past year, most of Nicole’s online reputation has suffered over her posting click-bait 90 Day Fiancé articles, most talking about her co-stars or news of her own misleading pregnancy. Not too long ago, Nicole was also dragged for sharing a fake article about Azan’s death and later, accused of operating her Moroccan fiancé’s Instagram account. With the break-up over with, Nicole’s chances of returning to 90 Day Fiancé are slim, perhaps making Instagram her only means of getting that coin, and fan attention.
