Nicole Nafziger’s cryptic clickbait articles have made 90 Day Fiancé fans furious. A few days ago the TLC star shocked many of her followers by posting a swipe-up story on Instagram. And to add to their stress, Nicole also shared the same as a post on her feed while also disabling the comments. But what was the article about, that it offended so many of Nicole’s followers? The 90 Day Fiancé celeb had posted a picture of her and Azan Tefou with “#RIP” written on it.

Since the time Nicole, 22, and Azan, 24, were introduced on 90 Day Fiancé season 4, fans didn’t think their relationship was made to last. The single mother from Bradenton, Florida, was called out for leaving her toddler daughter behind as she flew to Morocco to meet her dating app discovery Azan. But Azan’s constant comments on Nicole’s weight and his 55 percent attraction towards her was a definite red flag for many. Then, there were the distance and cultural differences to worry about that made Nicole and Azan postpone their wedding plans multiple times. The TLC twosome showed up on two more seasons of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? without ever having their ever after. The rumors about Azan being previously married with children didn’t help the couple diminish their fans’ trust issues, and now with Nicole herself having shared a post signifying his death, the 90 Day Fiancé star created quite a stir.

Immediately after being called out, Nicole revealed to her angered Instagram fans that she, in fact, does indulge in click-bait content but, only for her family. Nicole confessed that she works “for a company that posts articles” to her account and that she gets “paid per so many clicks.” To fans who questioned her for posting about Azan’s death, the 90 Day Fiancé celeb had replied with “Hassan is alive and well.” Nicole, who was also accused of operating Azan’s unusually inactive IG account, had claimed, “Hassan is the only one who goes to the gym and posts fitness inspiration on his IG @justazan.”

Regardless of Nicole’s justifications, fans continued to claim that the 90 Day Fiancé star was lying. On October 22, Nicole posted a screenshot of a comment on one of her posts, where a fan blames her for doing something that isn’t funny. The fan mentions how Nicole had also lied on her Twitter about Azan’s apparent death, and when “people started sending their condolences and asking what happened,” she confessed to making the whole thing up. “The girl might snap and try to kill him because he has moved on. Things like this do happen. I don’t understand what possessed her to make up such a lie,” the 90 Day Fiancé viewer continues in their allegation.

Nicole tried to explain her side of the story again by writing, “This person spreading lies about me is not OK. I never once said Azan had died. I need everyone to understand this.” She added, “I never even teased or hinted at that. And the fact that you’re now accusing me of being a dangerous person is very damaging to me. Like, you don’t even know me. How dare you say such a thing.” Nicole feels that it's ridiculous "how [there] are people out there that are OK with spreading hate like this about someone." She asked her followers in distress, "You do realize I’m a real f**king person, right?"

But it’s not just Azan that the 90 Day Fiancé alum gets attacked over. Nicole’s before and after weight loss transformation also makes critics watch her every move. Her posts advertising a slimming solution are always met with disapproval by fans commenting things like, “Doesn’t seem to work.” Reality TV fame and its drawbacks… it’s an endless cycle, isn’t it?
