Natalie Mordovtseva discusses her connection to 90 Day Fiancé star Varya Malina and why she’s supporting Geoffrey Paschel despite his guilty verdict. Ukrainian actress Natalie made her franchise debut with Mike Youngquist in season 7. While Natalie planned to get married in America, the road to her "I dos" with Mike wasn’t easy at all. At the same time, Varya’s future in the U.S. remained on shaky ground after fans failed to find out if she was still together with Geoffrey after 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 4. But since Geoffrey was convicted after the domestic violence incident, Natalie not only confirmed his relationship with Varya but also controversially supported him.
After fans voiced their disappointment in Natalie for standing by a convicted criminal who already served jail time for drug trafficking, she deleted her Instagram. Along with Natalie, Varya also deactivated her social media. Geoffrey was already one of the most despised 90 Day Fiancé cast members due to his murky past even before starring in the reality TV show. Therefore, when Natalie asked her followers to pray for Geoffrey and not his ex-fiancé, 90 Day Fiancé fans expressed their disbelief.
Moreover, Natalie has perhaps been the only 90 Day Fiancé star supporting Geoffrey and Varya, as even his close friend Jon Walters decided to end their friendship. On Sunday night, Natalie took to Instagram to chat with her followers following her first-ever Halloween party in America. During her IG Live, Natalie was asked about her relationship with Varya. “You have to understand that Varya is my girlfriend,” confessed Natalie. Calling Varya her “very close friend,” Natalie explained how the former radio presenter has been with her through thick and thin.
Just like Natalie, Varya lives in Florida and apparently has stayed by her side since “the early beginning” and has continued supporting her. “It wasn’t easy for me, as you know,” added Natalie. “So of course I’m supportive to Varya,” she declared. Natalie shared how it is a difficult time for Varya and asked her followers to please be kind towards her. Natalie claimed Varya has “nothing to do with anything,” calling her a nice girl she loves.
The fans who were not pleased to see Natalie on the list of cast members for 90 Day: The Single Life were all the more frustrated to see her siding with Varya. However, the two women seem to have become close over time. They made their first public appearance together in May at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park. In July, Varya worried for Natalie, who was in Tampa during Tropical Storm Elsa. Natalie also pulled off an April Fool's Day prank on her followers earlier this year with Geoffrey, sparking dating rumors after her separation from Mike. Although Natalie is a private person and would keep the details of her relationship with supposedly married couple Varya and Geoffrey a secret, one could assume that these 90 Day Fiancé stars share a scandalous bond.
