After showing her support for 90 Day Fiancé alum Geoffrey Paschel, Natalie Mordovtseva has angered fans by posting a meme portraying her as a saint. Ukrainian model Natalie has been the subject of many controversies during her relationship with Mike Youngquist that finally ended on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6. Natalie and Mike fought over various differences, one of them being religion. Natalie prided herself on being Orthodox Christian and someone who attends church every day on season 7. Meanwhile, she continued to call out Mike for believing in aliens.

After meeting via mutual friends, Mike and Natalie got engaged in Paris. Mike spoke of the opposite attracts theory when he introduced Natalie. She was a vegetarian, he loved meat; she believed in God, and he had atheist views. In one episode of 90 Day Fiancé before they got married, Natalie took Mike to church to introduce him to God. Lover of ancient aliens Mike, who thought it was “absurd” for humans to be the only ones in the universe, was also warned about staunch believer Natalie by his friends. “It felt like I am saving his soul,” Natalie commented as she drove Mike to church on 90 Day Fiancé.

Natalie claimed she was scared of people who don’t believe in God since her life is all about faith. Now, Natalie has shared an image of her face superimposed on an Immaculate Heart of Mary painting. The edit also shows a rat in Natalie’s right hand, likely in honor of Lucky, who appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? The text on the photo reads, “Honestly, I pray for you,” which is what Natalie told Mike in the HEA Tell-All when he said he was filing for divorce. Natalie shared the offensive image by writing, “like this meme of me” on it. Popular blogger John Yates reposted Natalie’s Instagram story with, “This is just wrong on so many levels,” as his caption.

Amidst 90 Day Fiancé fans who said, “this is just offensive” and “this is blasphemy” in the comments, Natalie’s co-stars such as Evelin Villegas and Paola Mayfield also left shocked reactions. Paola wrote, “WT....” and Evelin expressed her feelings by posting, “OMG ” Some fans recalled Natalie being overtly religious and noted that this seemed “insanely offensive.” Others noted that Natalie always had a holier than thou attitude in her 90 Day Fiancé relationship with Mike, but sharing something like this was disrespectful and beyond inappropriate. One fan wondered if Natalie was trying to be “ironic” and this was her way of dealing with haters.

A different fan, however, mentioned that it’s a trend for people to make candles of their favorite celebrities using similar images to portray them as “saints.” Apparently, one of Natalie’s 90 Day Fiancé co-star Big Ed Brown also exists on the internet. Still, Natalie appears to be trying to mock her fans with everything that she does lately. After making Instagram angry by praying for Geoffrey, who has been found guilty of kidnapping and domestic assault, instead of the victim, this could be Natalie’s new strategy to get fans talking.
