Lately, 90 Day Fiancé star Natalie Mordovtseva has been glowing, and fans have been wondering if it’s because of dumping Mike Youngquist or getting plastic surgery. In a new Instagram post, Natalie revealed what keeps her skin looking young at age 35, and fans were shocked at how bloody and gory it is. Natalie’s storyline on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? is now leading up to the final days of her married life with Mike. While it’s not known if Natalie got a nose job yet, the shocking anti-aging secret she indulges in has been revealed.

A lot has been going on in Natalie’s life since she left Mike’s Sequim home on Christmas Eve 2020. Mike’s mother Trish may have mocked Natalie for her American actress dreams. But the 90 Day Fiancé star has been leaving no stone unturned to look younger and more gorgeous, sometimes even resorting to excessive filters, and lastly plastic surgery. Natalie recently showed off her new post-30-pound weight loss body in a cute beach video from Florida, where she’s now residing.

Fans were impressed by the liposuction on her waist and chin, but there are a lot more secrets, like the scary facial that the 90 Day Fiancé star used to look unrecognizable off-screen. In a jaw-dropping video that has so far received 37k plus Instagram views, Natalie introduced her aesthetician from a spa in Bloomingdale who appears to have provided the treatment for free. With her reality TV star perks, Natalie received a vampire facial, also known as “PRP” or platelet-rich plasma therapy.

In the video, Natalie’s aesthetican first smeared “numbing cream” on the 90 Day Fiancé celeb’s face and then went on to “dezinfect” it, as per her caption. To the tune of Lexy Weaver’s song “City Lights,” Natalie then had her blood drawn, after which the aesthetician went on to “plase blood in to centrifuge.” The graphic video then showed the TLC star getting the plasma injected into her cheeks. While the procedure did look fairly painless, she explained that “platelet reach plasma” is perfect for “younger glowing healthy skin.”

Meanwhile, fans had all sorts of odd reactions to Natalie’s latest social media strategy, with someone adding “Looks better than Dracula’s bride blood bath!" Still, Natalie is also seeing some TLC viewers commenting on her mental health, with comments such as “yuck” and “you need therapy” flooding her post. But to one such fan who asked Natalie to make her “next stop a therapist,” the 90 Day Fiancé star responded with, “haters make a half of any TV audience, and black PR is much stronger than white one,” which means that while she is getting bad publicity, it is making people talk about her, giving her more fame and reach.
