While Natalie is still miffed with Mike Youngquist on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? because of his mom, Trish, calling her a hooker, episode 10 saw the couple look happy together during dinner at her Russian friend Juliana’s house. However, Natalie revealed she was getting a secret nose “operation” done behind Mike’s back due to his bank debt. The surgery created a new rift between Mike and Natalie, who are soon to separate, as fans are now blaming her for lying about why the TLC star needed a nose job in the first place.
Episode 10 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? ended with Natalie fighting with Mike again over a secret she kept from him but divulged to her friend of six months, Juliana, instead. Mike pointed out that Natalie was selfish and the “queen of making up excuses,” and how his wife refuses to take responsibility for her actions. The communication gap widened between Mike and Natalie, even though she claimed she told him about her needing the nose surgery three months ago. Having successfully pissed Michael off again, Natalie apologized reluctantly, but 90 Day Fiancé fans were quick to see through her lies, despite her having been a successful Ukrainian actress.
Speaking to the cameras while she admired Juliana’s pickles, 90 Day Fiancé's Natalie revealed she had a surgery scheduled in a week’s time for her nose, which was giving her “breathing problems” since she came to America. “I couldn’t sleep normally,” claimed Natalie, and added that whenever she sleeps she could get panic attacks because “some liquid” kept coming out of her nose. The Kyiv native expressed how she needed surgery to “figure out” what’s going on. Meanwhile, a 90 Day Fiancé fan on Reddit who watched the episode only had one comment for Natalie: “Sure, Jan.”

Interestingly, Natalie herself revealed during the 90 Day Fiancé season 8 Tell-All that she wanted to get rhinoplasty done due to critics mocking her nose, but it looks like she hasn’t done it yet. Episode 11 shows 90 Day Fiancé star Natalie ghosting Mike on the day of the surgery, messing their marriage further up.
