Natalie Mordovtseva from 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? has confessed how she can cry on cue during her scenes on the TLC show. Natalie is starring in her fourth 90 Day Fiancé spin-off, 90 Day: The Single Life, after separating from Mike Youngquist. Ukraine resident Natalie has never been a fan-favorite, mostly due to her overdramatic fights with Mike on screen. However, fans often wondered how much of it was Natalie acting, as she’s been an actress in the past.

Following her split with Mike, Natalie has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. Recently, she had to deactivate her Instagram account after fans chided her for supporting convicted criminal Geoffrey Paschel. To irk fans further, Natalie shared a controversial religious meme that shocked her co-stars such as Paola Mayfield and Evelin Villegas. Natalie’s odd behavior both on-screen and on social media has led 90 Day Fiancé fans to wonder how much of it is genuinely her and how much is acting.

In her latest video on Instagram, Natalie gave her followers tips on how to become a reality TV star. Natalie said she was also asked to share what to expect from after it. One of Natalie’s tips was that when one is on camera, they should pretend it doesn’t exist. She added, “I get asked [by] people how do I manage to cry on camera.” Then, Natalie recalled her acting school lessons and explained, “each of us in our lives have some terrible experience. It can be from childhood, it can be from teenager year, something very very painful and when you remember it, it makes you cry.” According to Natalie, when one needs to show they’re upset or emotional while filming they should just “remember that moment.”

Natalie specified that one should be able to put themselves in that “bad, bad, bad” situation and experience it all over again. “If you make this exercise several times, your body system will remember," Natalie told her 90 Day Fiancé admirers. “And when you need for example casting for [a] movie or just for some advertising industry show cry or show more emotions you just remember that moment but you speak the words that happen now, former music video star Natalie shared while revealing this is how she shows her emotions on TV. Meanwhile, Natalie’s biggest tip to aspiring reality TV stars was not to respond to any negative comments. Natalie believes people who can attack someone they see on TV without even knowing them can also attack others around them.

Staying relevant is also important, explained Natalie. She thinks that one can get forgotten easily since the audience will always find something new to watch or talk about. “It doesn’t matter what crazy stuff you do or not do you’re gonna be forgotten," claimed Natalie. However, that surely isn’t stopping her from surprising 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? viewers with her every move. While Natalie knows that she could go out of sight, out of mind, perhaps admitting that she cries on cue for the camera is another tactic for her to make the most of her fifteen minutes of fame.
