TLC's 90 Day Fiancé first aired in 2014 and it has been such a success that it has since launched sixteen spin-offs, such as 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After and 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. The show's concept is simple, yet it manifests in all kinds of crazy ways. It follows international couples on their journeys of obtaining a K-1 visa and settling down in USA. It's rarely a seamless and drama-free process. Either it's the couple itself that is highly problematic or the reactions from their families that make things more difficult for the lovebirds.

Many couples came and went on 90 Day Fiancé, but the memories remain. Each one of the show's most unforgettable couples is etched in the fans' memories for a very unique reason. The couple ranged from outright abusive to surprisingly wholesome, and their journeys were filled with all kinds of challenges, either pertaining to their cultures or personalities.

David & Annie

David and Annie met in a karaoke bar in Thailand. The 51-year-old Kentucky native was so smitten with the 27-year-old Annie that he proposed to her within ten days of meeting her and she accepted it. Fans wondered whether this was your typical 'sugar baby' scenario, but it turned out that David doesn't really have that much money to his name, but a lot of love to give.

They had one of the most unforgettable storylines. From water buffalo purchases to their financial struggles, David and Annie kept a positive attitude through thick and thin, thus becoming a truly memorable, fan-favorite couple.

Danielle & Mohammed

Danielle and Mohammed from 90 Day Fiance

There was never any love or affection between Danielle and Mohammed. They are one of the most memorable 90 Day Fiancé couples because of the amount of hatred they had for each other. Their fights were among the most explosive in the history of the show as they escalated to deportation threats.

The drama went on between these two even after their story wrapped up on the show. In 2017, Danielle sued Mohammed on grounds of fraud. Today, they are working on being friends. What a ride!

Danny & Amy

90 Day Fiance Amy and Danny

Danny and Amy joined the show in season 2 and they were one of the few couples who seemed like they genuinely liked each other. Who could forget their emotional embraces at the airport and tears of pure joy? Unlike many other couples from 90 Day Fiancé, there was no foul play and manipulation present in their relationship.

They were really young at the time, but they never doubted their decision to get married: Danny was 21, while Amy was 19. After all, they shared the same core values and religion. Today, they live in Texas and have two children.

Jorge & Anfisa

90 Day Fiancé owes much of its ratings and success to this unique and terrifying couple. Anfisa was very clear from the start about what she expects of Jorge: she wanted him to make every wish of hers come true. Jorge was just glad he got a beautiful Russian girl who was willing to marry him and patiently put up with her horrible behavior.

Jorge and Anfisa's relationship was far from the only one with more red flags than one could count, but they went ahead and got married anyway. The two are no longer together; Anfisa filed for divorce in 2020.

Kyle & Noon

90 Day Fiance season 3 stars Kyle and Noon

Did someone say 90 Day Fiancé couple goals? Kyle and Noon got married in season 3 and are one of those couples who are still happily married to this day. They met on Facebook; Kyle added her and messaged the Bangkok native when he was planning his trip to Thailand.

The two were clearly smitten with one another and weren't in the show for fame or profit. Today, they live in Oregon where they lead low-profile lives.

Chantel & Pedro

Season 4's Chantel and Pedro made for such engaging television that they even got their own reality TV show, called The Family Chantel. They were both in their early 20s when they met while Chantel's family was vacationing in the Dominican Republic, Pedro's home country.

It's not just their romance that made this couple so memorable; it's all the drama that came from both their families. On the one hand, Pedro's family demanded that he sends them money from the States, while Chantel's family didn't appreciate the customs and culture of the Dominican Republic.

Kirlyam & Alan

Alan and Kirlyam's love story was one of the first ones to be featured on 90 Day Fiancé. The gorgeous Brazilian met Alan while he was on a Mormon mission in Brazil.

They didn't get married right away; they waited until Kirlyam was 21 to tie the knot. Alan was 29 at the time. The happy couple is still together today and they are currently expecting their second child. Unlike most couples who are memorable because of their dysfunction, these two make for an unforgettable couple because they were one of the first and healthiest duos.

Russ & Paola

Another season 1 couple that remains one of the show's most memorable couples is Russ and Paola. She moved to Oklahoma City for him but soon realized that the cultural differences were simply too big for her to bear. She decided to give modeling a shot, which didn't sit well with the conservative Russ.

The show followed their move to Miami. It was extremely interesting to watch these two overcome personal and cultural differences. They had a rough start, but they remain married to this day.

Colt & Larissa

A highly memorable couple from season 6, Colt and Larissa were also featured on three seasons of the show's spin-off, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?. Thanks to her blunt and hilarious quotes, Larissa instantly became one of the most memorable ladies to have ever joined the show.

Their happiness didn't last. They were only married for six short months. The most memorable moments from their story were the domestic abuse charges and the constant meddling by Colt's mother.

Nicole & Azan

Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou from 90 Day Fiancé

While most couples are only featured on one season of 90 Day Fiancé, Nicole and Azan were lucky enough to grace the audience with their presence for two seasons.

The memory of Nicole refusing to embrace Azan's Moroccan culture was burned in the memories of the entire fan base, as were the cheating allegations coming from both sides. Nicole and Azan were as incompatible as it gets and one of those couples that made this TLC show as famous as it is today.
