Many 90 Day Fiancé viewers are familiar with cast member Molly Hopkins, but the woman known for her hilarious commentary also is the CEO of her own business. Molly and her business partner and best friend Cynthia Richards run Livi Rae Lingerie. The Georgia-based lingerie store aims to help women feel confident in their skin. The all-inclusive store helps a variety of women find bras and lingerie that it well-fitting to their frame. Molly opened up to Screen Rant about her goal of female empowerment in an exclusive interview as she revealed the origins of her reality TV fame.

Before she appeared on season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé, Cynthia and Molly c0-starred in Double Divas. The show followed the two women as they ran their lingerie shop in Georgia. Molly's business partner and best friend then signed her up for season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé. Though Molly's marriage to Luis Mendez was short-lived, she is now finding love with Brooklyn cop Kelly on 90 Day: The Single Life. In addition to being a supportive mother to her two daughters, Molly focuses her time on helping women feel confident in their bodies.

Double Divas aired for two seasons in 2013. It chronicled the two "bra whisperer" women as they operated their lingerie store. Molly explained that they first entered into reality TV after one of their Puerto Rico-based shapewear vendors reached out and said that a friend was casting for a new show about lingerie stores. The vendor said that he thought Livi Rae Lingerie would be perfect for the show, though Molly and Cynthia were unprepared for the idea. "Apparently, we had two or three days to put in a casting video," she said. "We weren't very tech-savvy then, and it ended up being just like this: self-recorded, because I just gotten a handycam. I didn't know how to do it, and the files were too large." Fortunately, the women's lack of tech knowledge ending up helping them out.

Molly said that she was bickering back and forth with Cynthia like "Lucy and Ethel" about whether or not they were recording when their shop mom walked by. "Our shop mom at the time, who was just a very raw, old school, chain smoking crazy lady who could sow her ass off came around the corner and was like, 'Hey, I hope you're not filming me!' From the dynamic of all of us in that one little clip, they were like, 'We need to know more about these girls.' So out of 300 plus auditions, we landed the deal with some bootleg camera footage," Molly recalled. However, she believes that the store's inclusive message also gave Livi Rae Lingerie an advantage.

She explained that their store really has everyone. In contrast, the other candidates were more exclusive. Livi Rae Lingerie makes sure to cater to a wide variety of women, including transgender women and women of any age. "It was really about having that type of store, where we have everyone," Molly said. "We still every day are like, 'We could be the My Feet are Killing Me or the Dr. Pimple Popper of breasts,' because the stories that we get are so moving and so trying. There's a lot of situations still that we feel like if other women saw them, and how that is just like them, they might feel better in the space they were in with their own problems. Every day is something new."

Fortunately, Molly and Cynthia are still best friends. The two women enjoy leading a store that helps women embrace their bodies and find confidence. Molly also has been continuing her career in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. Her quest for love on 90 Day: The Single Life has been highly successful. While her fellow franchise co-stars are mostly still searching for the one, Molly was lucky to have highly compatible Kelly slide into her DMs. The couple is currently hitting things off great, and many franchise fans are happy to see Molly with a partner who deserves her.
