Serbian 90 Day Fiancé star Miona Bell celebrated her husband Jibri Bell's birthday by sharing a wild throwback photo from their early days as a couple. 28-year-old Jibri is the frontman of a band called Black Serbs, among his many other jobs. It was his music that took him to Serbia to perform, and it was in Niš that Jibri met Miona. 25-year-old makeup artist Miona was instantly smitten by Jibri’s performance and the two began dating and got engaged soon after. Miona thought she’d move to Los Angeles after getting to America on her K-1 visa, but life had other plans for the TLC stars.
Because of the money he spent on the various trips Miona and he took together when they were dating, 90 Day Fiancé star Jibri was left in a financial fix. He had no option but to move back into his parent's home in South Dakota, which clearly disappointed Miona. Jibri’s parents, particularly his mom Mahala, didn’t turn out to be Miona’s biggest fans. In fact, Mahala spoke crudely about Miona’s clothes, which made even the fans watching feel uncomfortable. On top of that, Jibri devoting too much time to Miona created a rift between him and his bandmates. However, things seem to be going great for Jibri and Miona after they got married on 90 Day Fiancé and are now residing in California.
On Jibri’s 2022 birthday, Miona had a special message to give to her partner. Miona called Jibri the “love of her life” in her Instagram caption. She thanked Jibri for the love and support he gives her every single day. Miona hoped that Jibri understands how much she appreciates everything that he does for her. “I’m so grateful and lucky I get to spend this beautiful life with you,” she added. Miona wished for her and Jibri to grow, learn, travel, and bring happiness and love into each others’ lives always. “Love you Jibri, happy birthday,” Miona declared. To make her note to the birthday boy even more special, Miona posted several throwback photos of her and Jibri from their Phuket vacation in 2019.
Miona, dressed in a long, flowing halter neck gown, posed next to Jibri dressed in his animal print outfit. Miona and Jibri, however, weren’t alone in the pics. They were given company by a majestic elephant making their photoshoot truly wild. In the pictures, the much-in-love couple gave each other a steamy kiss. Meanwhile, Jibri thanked Miona for her sweet post. He wrote how glad he is that Miona is in the States to celebrate his birthday with him. Several of the pair’s 90 Day Fiancé co-stars joined in wishing Jibri on his special day. Kimberly Menzies, Bilal Hazziez, Stephanie Matto, and Thaís Ramone shared sweet messages for their talented friend Jibri. Miona’s Instagram post currently has over 10,000 likes from fans and fellow cast members alike.
Jibri and Miona were accused of being part of a fake storyline on 90 Day Fiancé, even before their season began. Fans have evidence of Jibri calling Miona his wife in an interview from June 2020. However, the accusations didn’t seem to bother the couple, and neither did the claims about Miona's blackfishing. Miona has even made a business out of getting people to dress as she does on the show, by first selling her and Jibri’s outfits from 90 Day Fiancé, and now her signature ponytails on Miona Beauty. Jibri and Miona may have been labeled clout chasers and opportunists who used 90 Day Fiancé to make money and become influencers. But no one can deny that Jibri and Miona are made for each other and aren’t faking their romance.
