Mike Youngquist of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise has put his home in Sequim, Washington up for sale after ending his relationship with Natalie Mordovtseva. Mike and Ukrainian-born Natalie were first introduced to viewers during 90 Day Fiancé season 7, and although Mike proposed to Natalie in Paris, viewers immediately noticed that the pair had trouble communicating. After failing to get married during their first season, Mike and Natalie returned for 90 Day Fiancé season 8.

Mike and Natalie eventually made it down the aisle in 2020, although at one point they broke up the day before their intended wedding. However, their tense relationship became even more tumultuous as time went on. When Mike and Natalie appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6, it became clear to fans that their marriage was hanging by a thread. One of the biggest problems in Mike and Natalie's relationship leading up to their nuptials was their cultural and environmental differences. While Mike's Sequim house is located in rural Washington, Natalie is from the bustling capital of Ukraine, Kyiv. Between allegations of cheating, arguments surrounding Mike's mother Trish, and Mike declaring that he didn't love Natalie, viewers weren't that shocked when Natalie left Mike's home for good after six months of marriage.

Although neither Mike nor Natalie have filed for divorce (despite Mike's assertion of wanting to do so during the HAE Tell-All), both 90 Day Fiancé stars have moved on from their relationship. Besides moving to Florida, Natalie starred in 90 Day: The Single Life season 2, which showed her going on several dates. Mike, on the other hand, moved out of his Sequim farm and has been staying in Seattle. While Mike is keeping busy backpacking through the United Kingdom, Reddit user r/TXGreatRide noticed that back home in the States, Mike's infamous Sequim trailer has been put on the market. With several users joking that the house comes with Trish and Mike's Uncle Beau, many 90 Day Fiancé fans speculate that Mike may not be able to keep up with the costs and is taking advantage of the current real estate market, especially with his new Seattle apartment.

Indeed, Mike's soon-to-be former residence is listed on Zillow for a hefty $675,000. Although the 2 bedroom 1 bath home is less than 1,000 square feet, the location and massive farming space contribute to the 90 Day Fiancé franchise star's asking price. Advertised as a "private paradise," that sits on the border between Washington and Canada, the home comes with features including two pastures, a private pond, and a covered gazebo. Built in 1991, pictures of the property show off an updated laundry room, spacious master bedroom, and a semi-open living room and kitchen plan. In addition, Mike's listing includes photos of the beautiful Sequim land surrounding the property full of trees and even a hiking trail.

Since Mike is asking for a cool $700 per square foot, it'll be interesting to see how much the 90 Day Fiancé star ultimately sells his Sequim trailer for. Now that the 35-year-old is back living with his mother Trish, fans are intrigued at Mike's latest developments and can't wait to see what else in store once he returns back home. As for Natalie, Mike's ex recently revealed that she will be starring on The Single Life season 3. It's clear that Mike and Natalie have no plans to get back together, but then again, the majority of viewers think that the two are better off apart anyway.
