While Natalie not saying bye to his mom at the airport was disappointing for Mike, fans could see that the Ukrainian woman was hurt and manipulated throughout Thanksgiving. The cold war between Natalie and Trish has been persistent through 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6, with it reaching the finale due to an alleged “hooker” comment by Mike’s mom. But fans feel that Trish innocently asking, “How was I rude?” to Natalie as the 90 Day Fiancé star walked away was gaslighting.
After the Thanksgiving dinner on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, fans somehow expected Natalie to come unhinged. The fact that she had to socialize with the woman who attempted to end her wedding was uncalled for, and Natalie continued to question Mike’s decision. But Mike was a whole new man, asking for his momma for Tomahawk steak and singing Sheldon Cooper’s “Soft Kitty” instead of consoling his wife as she cried over Trish's hurtful remarks. Fans, who never were OK with Natalie’s behavior from the start of 90 Day Fiancé, felt for her and called out Mike for being downright cruel and Trish for being a worse MIL than Debbie Johnson.
A Twitter user made a list of all the rude things that Trish did so far on 90 Day Fiancé to ridicule Natalie, before asking Mike to give her $5000 and “send her back to ******* Ukraine.” The TLC viewer started off by mentioning how Trish had insulted Natalie’s career choice to be an actress in the U.S., while also “insinuating she’s old” at 36. The scene with Trish dragging Natalie to the butcher shop while knowing Mike’s wife is a vegetarian was also deemed evil by fans. Viewers also noticed that Trish kept asking her “Are you full?” despite sensing her discomfort, and also called her “a child.”
In the replies to the original tweet, several fans had more interesting observations to share about this 90 Day Fiancé throuple of Mike, Natalie, and Trish. While Trish apparently calling Natalie a “hooker” is what made her decide to walk off in the first place, some viewers think that the word may not have been said, or is being “held back by production until the Tell All” airs. “Mike should marry his Mom,” tweeted one fan, while another posted, “I would have never forgiven her for trying to ruin my wedding.” The fan continued that they don’t care how bad Natalie has been on 90 Day Fiancé so far, but “no one deserves to be treated like that.”
Seeing Mike and his mother verbally berate Natalie during episode 8 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? made fans uncomfortable and many have also revealed that it was triggering to them. The mother-son duo is also being blamed for being emotionally and psychologically abusive toward Natalie, and with the newest spoilers coming in via Uncle Beau and Tamara, fans are glad she’s left Mike for good. Supposedly, Natalie dumped Mike on Christmas Eve 2020 and is now living her best “Single Life” while filming her next 90 Day Fiancé spin-off.
