90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star Mike Berk has most likely proposed to his Colombian girlfriend, Ximena, a possible spoiler suggests. Mike and Ximena recently joined the list of odd 90 Day Fiancé couples via Before the 90 Days season 5. After having spent most of his life single, Mike found love internationally in single mother of two Ximena. But Ximena has come across as someone who’s only pursuing a relationship with Mike for his money, with no romantic interest in him whatsoever. Hiding major secrets about her past, such as not being able to have Mike’s baby or having a hitman ex-boyfriend, are a few of Ximena’s red flags. Despite all this, Mike and Ximena are probably engaged to be married.
There are many differences between Mike and Ximena that make them incompatible, at least on 90 Day Fiancé. With no job during COVID-19, Ximena has only depended on Mike for everything, from her food to her rent, but still managed to diss his bedroom skills. Meanwhile, Mike and Ximena can barely hold a conversation and have only been relying on an unreliable translation device to communicate during Mike’s Colombia trip. In fact, there may have been an error in communication when Ximena told Mike about her tubes being tied, as he still seems to think they can have children since “it’s the 21st century.” 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days episode 5 showed Mike admitting that he’s devastated, before he added, “So I really don’t know where we’re gonna go from here.”
However, according to some expert sleuthing done by Starcasm, a TikTok video shared by Ximena in January 2021 hints at her and Mike being engaged, albeit remotely. The clip featured screenshots of a video call in which Mike appeared to be presenting Ximena with a ring. There are photos of Mike holding a dark blue colored box, though a ring was not visible in them. The text on Ximena’s TikTok read, “Te amo mi vida gracias por tanta Felicidad.” It translates to “I love you my life thanks for so much happiness.” There’s a screenshot that also included the words, “This is a surprise,” and another picture captioned, “Marry me.”
Nine days later, Ximena allegedly shared several photos of herself trying out wedding dresses. These did not have any captions to explain what was happening or why exactly Ximena was dressed up as a bride. However, a week-old video on Ximena’s page showed her wearing a thick gold band around her finger, which suggested a development in Mike and Ximena’s relationship. Recently, 90 Day Fiancé fans saw Mike commenting on Ximena’s Instagram post with, “Te amo mi vida." The sweet comment is a sign of Mike and Ximena still going strong and him perfecting his Spanish to communicate better with her.
Meanwhile, Ximena has also gotten Mike’s name tattooed on her wrist as a symbol of their everlasting love. A newer cryptic Instagram Story by Mike suggested that Ximena’s negative portrayal on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days might be an editing trick. And rumors about Mike having gifted Ximena an expensive car, which she’s been showing off on social media, are also going around. If one does take these clues into consideration, Mike and Ximena might really still be together and engaged, if not married.
