Fans of 90 Day Fiancé season 7 should know that star Michael Jessen’s house is reportedly in foreclosure amid divorce rumors sparked by his wife Juliana Custodio. Juliana and Michael’s reality TV debut was a subject of great debate, but after leaving 90 Day Fiancé, Michael and Juliana appeared happy together, as per social media. However, it was via Juliana’s TikTok and Instagram accounts that she dropped many hints of a possible split with Michael. At the same time, news of Michael heading to foreclosure mediation over his $1,195,000 house has come to light.
In a cryptic TikTok video, Juliana complained that fans kept asking her if she was still a married woman. She said fans wouldn't like her anymore once she told them what was up. In fact, she remarked that they would always dislike her. Juliana was 20 years old when Michael, 42, met her at a big yacht party in Croatia. Michael thought Juliana was a kindred spirit, and he soon decided to bring Juliana to America. Juliana, who was briefly married at 19 to another man, then faced problems while trying to get a K-1 visa, as the consulate determined that she was involved in “illicit activities.”
On 90 Day Fiancé, Michael had revealed that Juliana had bought a car using his credit card without telling him first. She considered the purchase a safety net when she started to worry that she wouldn’t be able to get to America. The couple had also fought over the possibility of a prenuptial agreement, which Michael wanted but later decided wasn't necessary. Even though Juliana and Michael got married in October 2019, discussions about her possibly being a gold-digger never stopped. Fans wondered if she was willing to play her part in Michael's life in exchange for the security Michael offered her. Now, with the foreclosure on the house that was featured on 90 Day Fiancé, fans think that Michael may have not been that rich after all.

“I import wine, distribute wine, I work in the wine auction field, and follow anything that’s cool in the wine world,” Michael had said about his job while appearing on 90 Day Fiancé. The Greenwich, CT resident was aware of how “douchey” his career sounded but Michael did maintain that it fetched him an “enormous amount of income.” Michael had boasted about his beautiful sports cars and huge collection of vintage and bass guitars. “I’ve seen places I didn’t even know existed,” Michael, who traveled for work, had added. Also, the founder and CEO of Licataa Wine is the executive producer of the "Wine and Hip Hop Show," as per his Instagram. Michael had admitted that he was helping Juliana to get her career started as she had grown up in poverty.
Michael’s House Reportedly Went Into Foreclosure
In November 2019, Starcasm reported that the 3,904 sq. ft. house with four bedrooms and four bathrooms was purchased by Michael in July 2019 for $1,195,000. He got a 30-year mortgage with a down payment of $250,000. In their latest story, Starcasm stated that Michael had an unpaid balance of $945,000 then, and that: “according to court documents, Michael stopped paying his mortgage payments in April of 2020.” The mortgage lender filed a foreclosure complaint against Michael on July 1 of this year, and they also attempted to claim, "immediate possession of the mortgaged premises.”
Michael apparently didn’t qualify for the federal mortgage moratorium “in place in the United States due to the COVID-19 pandemic” due to it being a “purchase money mortgage,” or owner-financed. On July 22, Michael filed a Foreclosure Mediation Request/Certificate, after which “the court assigned the case to the Foreclosure Mediation Program.” Michael and his family reportedly can stay in the house until the mediation is complete as, “the case is set for a remote mediation hearing on November 4.”
