Memphis Sandoval wants her 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days boyfriend Hamza Moknii to sign a prenup for a very specific reason that involves her wanting to protect herself. Memphis didn’t start her 90 Day Fiancé journey on the right foot, as viewers called her out for disrespecting Hamza’s culture and his mom Hayet’s rules. Over time, Memphis has seen many red flags in Hamza’s behavior which weren’t noticeable when they indulged in “sexy time” on video calls.

While Memphis is discovering new secrets about Hamza in Tunisia, he’s confessed that she nags a lot. When Hamza didn't seem urgent to reach the embassy, Memphis said, “this is a maturity thing. It’s him not being prepared; it’s not being a man.” As 90 Day Fiancé viewers suspected from the beginning, it's becoming clearer to Memphis that Hamza will essentially become her third child if they get married. Memphis feels frustrated that Hamza may not be someone she and her kids can trust and count on. “If we do not get married on this trip, we are not gonna be in a relationship when I go to America,” Memphis told Hamza which made him “really angry.”

Still, Hamza was straightforward when he asked Memphis, “You like Hamza or you like marriage?” but as a sneak peek of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days episode 8 via ET shows, Memphis made him angrier with a shocking new request. “I am having my own doubts, honestly,” Hamza admitted as he told the cameras that his bride-to-be left him feeling insulted after asking him to sign a prenup. “A prenuptial agreement is an agreement that if we get divorced you will not take any of my money,” Memphis explained to Hamza through their translator. However, Hamza insisted, “me no divorce.” This is when Memphis came clean about how she initially never thought of doing a prenup, but she’s now “concerned that Hamza’s not responsible.”

According to Memphis, Hamza lied about his age. “I don’t know if he’s lying about any other things and ultimately, I feel like I have to protect myself,” Memphis added. Meanwhile, Hamza kept asking Memphis why she always jumps to the worst conclusions and thinks about “the bad way.” She truthfully told Hamza that she wants to make sure she’s “safe” and that her children are protected if he divorces her. Furthermore, Memphis warned Hamza that she wouldn’t marry him if he refuses to sign the contract. Unfortunately, this is the first time Hamza has heard of a prenup. He said that they don’t have prenups in Tunisia. “A marriage should be built on trust and respect,” Hamza said.  However, he told Memphis that even though her possessions don’t mean anything to him, he will sign the papers.

Still, Hamza shared Memphis has been making him feel “uneasy” as a new problem seems to pop up with her every now and then. His worries might be stemming from a conversation he and Memphis had with his mom Hayet on an earlier 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days episode. As Hayet herself divorced at a young age with two kids to look after, Memphis having two different baby daddies worried Hamza's mom. Interestingly, current rumors suggest that Hamza and Memphis are not only married but have also welcomed a baby.
