A lot has been said about Tim Clarkson and Melyza Zeta’s 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way relationship. It’s been widely agreed that the couple is boring and a “snoozefest,” which is probably due to the lesser amount of drama in their romance. But there’s also suspicion among TLC fans, who think Tim and Melyza faked their love story for 90 Day Fiancé. Now, it looks like Melyza may have just proved them right!
A casual conversation with a co-worker apparently turned into an intimate sexual encounter for 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’s Tim. The Texan man had then been dating Colombian Melyza for a total of four years after having met her at university. The TLC twosome had a long-distance relationship, which Tim didn’t want to fall apart. So, off he went to Medellin to win Melyza back. However, Melyza looked uninterested in entertaining Tim, and even her parents suggested she call it quits. Tim’s plan to settle down in Colombia failed to work out since Melyza wasn't interested in marrying him, so he went back to America, which was always his plan B. Now that Tim is back home sporting a wild new look and celebrating Thanksgiving, 90 Day Fiancé fans caught Melyza smiling on Instagram for the first time ever since her reality TV debut. The post confused TLC viewers, who immediately demanded some answers, and Melyza was surprisingly ready to comply.
“I can’t even look at you, your double standards," wrote an Instagram follower on Melyza’s post. “Tim was packing his life and getting dragged through the dirt because he was with someone but at the same time you [were] sc*ewing someone in Brazil,” alleged the comment. But Melyza shockingly replied with, “He started an alternate relationship before I moved there and continued it while I was living with him and we were planning to get engaged.”
The 90 Day Fiancé star continued to say how after “months of trying," counseling, and more, she moved back home and Tim and she broke up. “We weren’t in each other's lives when I started seeing another person,” confessed Melyza. It was after “months of not communicating” that they got in touch “and he decided to move” to Colombia “in a matter of days.” The TLC star notes how she owed Tim no explanation of her life “as a single woman,” yet she thought that it was fair he knew about her relationship so they could look at having a fresh start. In conclusion, Melyza asked the 90 Day Fiancé fan to not “overthink it too much,” as it is a show and they have “no idea/how what went on before, during, and after filming.”
Looks like Tim and Melyza were officially over right before he asked her to join him on 90 Day Fiancé, probably with an intention to give the romance another try. But does Melyza being this frank on Instagram also suggest she and Tim are over for good? The odds are pointing in favor of a breakup, given both Tim and Melyza’s recent online behavior.
