Discovery+ recently released the cast list for Love in Paradise: The Caribbean season 2, which includes two returning couples, two new couples, and the franchise’s first "throuple." Viewers are happy to see the original series return for a second season. Fans are ready to watch the cast deal with the complications of long distance relationships, and see how they navigate the rough waters of relationship drama, amid a gorgeous tropical backdrop.

The producers have added a non-monogamous Love in Paradise relationship, and fans are excited to watch the three cast members figure out their complex relationship dynamic. This season is also the first in the franchise to feature two LGBTQ+ relationships at the same time. Here’s everything to know about Frankie Birdine, Gaby Nunez and Abby Montoya, 90 Day Fiancé’s first "throuple."

Frankie is a man from Nashville, Tennessee. He is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys sports. He met Gaby, an animal lover, and Abby, who is a fashionista, while on vacation in Mexico, where the two women live. Gaby and Abby are both bisexual, and have been in a relationship for over ten years. They recently opened up their Love in Paradise relationship, and did so before meeting Frankie. After they met him, the trio had an unexpected threesome, which left Abby and Frankie wanting to continue their connection. The two of them began to video chat regularly, after Frankie went home to Nashville, and they fell in love.

Five months later, he plans to return to Mexico so he can propose to Abby, and hopefully bring her home on a K-1 visa. Based on the trailer and press release, it’s clear that Gaby has no idea what Frankie’s plans are, or the extent of his relationship with Abby. However, she seemed to blow up at Abby at one point, claiming that they “were two,” and then opened up to Frankie. Gaby feels that he has betrayed her after being let into the 90 Day Fiancé spinoff relationship, as he is trying to take her longtime partner away from her.

Fans are already wondering if the "throuple" can work things out so everyone is happy. Some viewers think that the relationship is headed for trouble in paradise. There appears to be hope that they may be able to balance the blossoming romance between Frankie and Abby with Abby and Gabby’s long term relationship, and salvage a friendship between Frankie and Gaby. However, a lot has been hidden, so it is hard to predict how things will go. 90 Day Fiancé: Love in Paradise season 2 premieres on Discovery+ on Friday, June 10.
