90 Day Fiancé star Loren Brovarnik has three kids, and there is a chance that they may inherit Tourette Syndrome from her. The 34-year-old reality star debuted in season 3, during which time she married her Ukrainian beau, Alexei Brovarnik. The couple is a good fit for each other and has been married since 2015. However, their journey hasn't been without challenges, including Loren's Tourette Syndrome.

When Loren initially appeared on the show, she didn't disclose her challenges with her neurological disorder, which involves repeated spontaneous tics, involuntary physical motions, and vocal outbursts. However, she became more open about it in late 2020 when she talked about her struggles while replying to a fan, which are very different from what is shown on TV. Loren has previously said that her syndrome has worsened during her pregnancies, and being in uncomfortable situations makes her twitch and tick a lot.

Loren's Sons Have High Chances Of Inheriting Tourettes

Loren has faced her Tourette Syndrome like a champ and has been spreading more awareness about the issue. Loren may have to deal with the same journey again while helping her kids, who may inherit the 90 Day Fiancé cast member's nervous system condition. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, there are major risk factors and causes for Tourette Syndrome in kids. The website states that genetic studies indicate that Tourette Syndrome "is inherited as a dominant gene, with about a 50% chance of parents passing the gene on to their children." Moreover, boys are "three to four times more likely than girls" to show symptoms.

Loren showed her concern about the same thing and talked about how her first child, son Shai Brovarnik, could inherit her Tourette Syndrome. While the 34-year-old mom was hopeful that her baby would not get the disorder, it is still a long way for her and her husband, Alexei, to find out if Shai has hereditary Tourettes. According to Loren's statement via TV Showsace, she and Alexei won't know if Shai has the syndrome until he is at least seven years old. The couple has three kids, who are all under three years old. The parents must wait four to five years to determine if they'll inherit the disorder.

Fans would not want to see Alexei and Loren's children deal with Tourette Syndrome. Rather, they want them to stay healthy and happy and have a thriving future ahead of them. Since Loren is a popular mommy influencer on Instagram, her followers often worry about her and her kids. People had previously shown concern for the 34-year-old mom when she didn't talk about her newborn daughter after she gave birth. The 90 Day Fiancé alum has three kids under three years old and is facing postpartum depression, but let's hope that she and her family will have a happy and struggle-free future ahead of them.
