Former 90 Day Fiancé star Loren Brovarnik recently posted a "raw" moment on Instagram and revealed that she is suffering from depression. Fans may know that Loren is married to Alexei Brovarnik, and the couple has appeared together on 90 Day Fiancé season 3 and other popular spin-offs. The duo got married in 2015 and welcomed their first son, Shai Brovarnik, in April 2020. Since Loren and Alexei want to have a big family, they decided to have a second child when Shai turned 11 months old.
Although Loren suffered from postpartum depression after her first baby, she was pretty excited to welcome her second child. Finally, the 90 Day Fiancé couple had their second baby boy, Asher Brovarnik, in August 2021. Loren is now quite a busy mother, raising a newborn baby and toddler. Alexei is always there to help his wife, and Loren is grateful for that. But she recently told 90 Day Fiancé fans that her husband tested positive for COVID-19. Alexei is quarantined in a different bedroom, and Loren has been taking care of their two sons alone. She and her sons don't have COVID-19 symptoms, and they are healthy.
Alexei has been quarantined for five days now, and 90 Day Fiancé alum Loren opened up about her mental health. She posted a selfie to illustrate how depressed and overwhelmed she is. She captioned the picture, "To everyone asking me how I'm doing and how am I going to manage it...Thank you for reaching out." Loren shared her "real, raw and honest" feelings on Instagram and revealed that she is sad, alone and exhausted. She added, "On top of Asher teething and me nursing, I'm hot and sweating."
Loren mentioned that her hair is falling out, and she can't go out to work out because her sons, Shai and Asher, need her attention around the clock. Besides, the new mom also has to take care of her ill husband from a distance. Loren said, "I'm just super depressed and I can't do anything about it." Many 90 Day Fiancé fans understand how helpless Loren must be feeling at the moment, but they want her to be strong. A fan said (via @90daywdfbitch), "It's so hard being a mom to youngins when your spouse is sick." Another chimed in, "Bravo to her for actually being honest about what it is [like] to have children."
It is also possible that Loren is going through postpartum depression. She previously talked about cherishing the good days when she can't control the bad ones. Loren is in a very stressful situation at the moment, but she is trying to put on a brave face for her sons. Fans hope that Alexei will feel better soon and be able to help his wife. 90 Day Fiancé fans wish Alexei a speedy recovery and hope that the Brovarnik family will reunite soon.
