Loren and Alexei Brovarnik are returning to TLC with the second season of their 90 Day Fiancé spin-off, Loren and Alexei: After The 90 Days. Even though the franchise couple's successful marriage has lasted seven years, it doesn't come without bumps in the road. Over the past two years, Loren and Alexei welcomed three children into their family. Alexei seems to want more kids, but Loren thinks three is enough.

The trailer for the new season, released by ET, shows Loren and Alexei disagreeing on whether they should keep expanding their family. The second season of their show was filmed in the months leading up to the birth of the 90 Day Fiancé stars' third child, Ariel Raya Brovarnik, who was born in September 2022. Loren and Alexei have talked about their struggles raising two children under two years old. The couple's oldest son Shai Josef was born in April 2020, and Asher Noah came in August 2021.

Loren is hoping that the new baby will be the couple's last child. At a doctor's appointment, she suggests the idea of a vasectomy to Alexei, but he doesn't think it's necessary. On social media, Loren, who shared her post-baby weight loss photos, has been open about having postpartum depression. It took an even bigger toll after she gave birth to her daughter, Ariel. Since Loren had three children so close together, it's possible that she never gave herself time to recover between each pregnancy. Alexei loves his children and doesn't see the reason to stop at three, which is easy to say if he's not the one who has to carry the child.

90 Day Fiancé fans will see the couple experience a significant amount of drama on Loren & Alexei: After The 90 Days season 2. In Israel, Loren discusses the idea of a possible move to Alexei's home country and faces off with her parents about whether she is capable of living abroad. Alexei also argues with Loren's dad about consulting with a lawyer, and Loren considers a modeling career for Shai back in the U.S.
