A lot of 90 Day Fiancé fans on Instagram follow Big Ed Brown’s bride-to-be Liz Woods, and she's been stealing their hearts by showing off her weight loss. After his failed relationship with Rosemarie (Rose) Vega on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, Big Ed moved on to 90 Day: The Single Life to find a new lover. Big Ed, 55, started dating Liz, 28, a single mother who was the manager of his favorite San Diego restaurant. Fans assumed the age gap between Big Ed and Liz (in addition to his problematic personality) meant that the couple was doomed.
As expected, Big Ed and Liz broke up just in time for the season finale. On 90 Day: The Single Life, things turned ugly when a terrifying phone call between Liz and Big Ed was leaked online. Big Ed claimed he sought therapy after the breakup, and when Liz reached out to him after his dog Teddy’s death, happiness was right around the corner. Big Ed invited Liz over for dinner and asked her, “am I your forever?” and she said yes. The 90 Day Fiancé franchise couple's wedding is rumored to be scheduled for August, and Big Ed had already started losing weight to feel his best on the big day.
As per Big Ed, he’s lost over 23 pounds. Meanwhile, Liz started a weight loss journey of her own. She learned how to eat properly to fuel her body, and works out at least three times a week. Liz doesn’t starve herself, as she consumes three filling meals every day. She opened up about her weight loss progress in April, and by the start of May. Liz was down by almost 12 pounds. Liz Turns Into A Fashion Influencer
Becoming a reality TV star with a franchise like 90 Day Fiancé sure has its perks, and Liz is taking advantage of them all. In April, TLC celeb Liz promoted a fashion brand while she showed off her new figure during an outing with her friends. Surrounded by a sea of pink flowers, Liz wore a subtle outfit consisting of a comfortable gray jumpsuit and a white bralette. The backless jumpsuit was perfect for Liz, as it highlighted her toned back. The low-cut front gave a sneak peek of Liz’s chiseled abs after her eight-pound weight loss.
Liz Performs A Sensual Dance In Heels
Liz started taking a dance class to feel good about herself, and to get over her insecurities. In a post from March 24, Liz admitted that she was aware of the critical remarks made about her body. She spoke about how she feels energized, sexy, and self-confident when she gets endorphins from exercise. “My sex life and body image is great in my eyes,” 90 Day Fiancé star Liz said, as she gave a demonstration in an accompanying video, where she performed a dance routine. Liz, dressed in high-waisted shorts and a black tank top, wore mid-calf-length boots with knee pads to accentuate her new and shapely figure.
Liz Is Unrecognizable In Princess Outfit
San Diego woman Liz turned 30 years old on May 21. Her birthday was even more special as she went from size 5 to size 3 due to her consistent weight loss journey. Liz did a unique birthday photoshoot with her daughter Ryleigh, in which they both dressed like princesses. Liz, with her hair and makeup done professionally, hardly looked like the Liz that Big Ed got engaged to on 90 Day: The Single Life. Liz was all smiles in her golden crown and ivory ruffled gown, perhaps giving 90 Day Fiancé fans a hint of just how fabulous they can expect her to look on her upcoming wedding day.
