Former 90 Day Fiancé star Liz Woods' ex-husband shares why she left him and chose to get engaged to Big Ed. Ed and Liz featured their problematic relationship on 90 Day: The Single Life season 1. After the season concluded, the couple had an explosive fight and broke up. At the time, Liz earned praise from many viewers for leaving Ed and exposing his disturbing behavior on social media. A worrisome phone call allegedly between the two where Ed repeatedly insults Liz has also made the rounds. However, the couple shocked many 90 Day Fiancé fans by getting engaged in August 2021.

Audiences were confused why Liz forgave Ed and got engaged to him. Liz's second ex-husband, Saied Camacho, claims that she loves fame. He also alleges that Liz lived with him for six months while she was broken up with Ed. Apparently, the restaurant manager also begged Saied to propose to her. However, Liz denied her ex-husband's claims and accused him of domestic violence. Liz shared pictures of her badly bruised eyes and told Saied she isn't afraid of him anymore.

Saied was recently interviewed by a 90 Day Fiancé fan page, 90daythemelanatedway, and one of his answers reveals why Liz dumped him and decided to get engaged to Ed. Saied claims Liz has a good heart and means well, but she initially filmed the show for fame. He adds, "At the end of our relationship there was something I couldn't give her that Ed could." Apparently, Liz wanted "security," and she now feels safe with Ed. Saied states, "She knows that not many women out there want Ed and Ed desires Elizabeth because she's a loving person."

Liz & Big Ed from 90 Day Fiance

Liz's ex-husband feels Ed is not the most attractive person, and most women don't desire him. That's why Liz felt completely secure with him, and this is the reason she forgave him and got engaged. Saied continues, "she has both the fame and someone who only has eyes for her." He claims Ed may have seen that not many women showed interest in him even after becoming famous, and Liz realized "that nobody would want her the way he did." To Saied, it makes sense why Liz and Ed got back together after their messy breakup.

Saied's explanation may reveal why Liz agreed to marry Ed. However, his words can't be trusted because he is accused of domestic violence and refuses to comment on the allegations against him. It is possible Liz left him because he physically assaulted her and not because she felt insecure. Regardless of why Liz chose to be with Ed, let's hope the couple is now genuinely happy with each other. 90 Day Fiancé viewers may feel cheated if Ed and Liz don't marry and break up once again.
