Former 90 Day Fiancé star Larissa Lima Dos Santos recently shocked her fans by flaunting an unrecognizable look on Instagram, wearing a scintillating one-piece bikini and pairing the outfit with angel wings. It looks like Larissa got this stunning makeover and professional photo shoot to compete in the Maxim cover girl contest. Last month, she informed her 90 Day Fiancé Instagram family that she is competing with thousands of other models to be the face of the magazine.
She successfully won the first two rounds of the competition and has become one of the top 10 models in the competition. Along with Larissa, two other beauties from 90 Day Fiancé have taken part in the contest: Julia Trubkina and Ukrainian beauty Natalie Mordovtseva. Earlier, Darcey Silva and Paola Mayfield also tried to kick-start their modeling careers through this contest, but they didn't win. This time, three women from the show have made it to the top 10. So it seems like one of the 90 Day Fiancé stars might actually win the title and take home the grand prize money of $25,000.
It appears that Larissa is trying a new tactic to win. She recently had a pricey boudoir-style photo shoot and posted a bunch of classy pictures on her Instagram. Such photos can help her gain the attention of fans, who can then vote for her on Maxim's website. She collaborated with a Denver-based female photographer, Ginny Haupert, and hired a make-up artist, Mary. In one of the stunning pictures, she is wearing a white-colored exotic teddy lingerie with metallic jewelry. She kept her hair in loose curls. 90 Day Fiancé's Larissa also took a dig at TLC, the TV network that fired her last year. She captioned the picture "I got fired and fired up." In this picture, she has done her make-up differently and is smiling from ear to ear. Perhaps, that's why many 90 Day Fiancé fans were unable to recognize her at first. A fan said, "I don't even recognize you." Another fan wrote, "Beautiful but it's crazy how different you look." Kalani Faagata, who rarely comments on her co-star's pictures, wrote, "Hottest angel ever!" Even Colt Johnson's mother and Larissa's former mother-in-law, Debbie Johnson, couldn't resist appreciating and commented, "Beautiful, absolutely gorgeous."
With this amazing look, the 34-year-old beauty has potentially increased her chances to win the Maxim contest. However, she may want to elaborate in her bio on the website. She only explained her background but added nothing about how she intends to use the prize money. 90 Day Fiancé star Julia, Brandon Gibbs' wife, would be using the Maxim money to travel with her parents and pay the down payment for her house, which she wants to convert into an animal shelter. 90 Day Fiancé celeb Natalie plans to donate to women organizations and start a training company.
