Former 90 Day Fiancé cast member Larissa Lima shocked Instagram fans by claiming that plastic surgery was the reason why she hasn’t gotten her green card yet. Best known for her failed married life with Colt Johnson and her on-screen disputes with Debbie Johnson, Larissa is no longer a part of the TLC franchise. After making her debut in season 6, Larissa’s abusive behavior made Colt file for divorce. Back then, Larissa revealed that Colt had also blocked her attempts to become an American citizen. But why is Larissa now blaming her green card problems on plastic surgery?
“He canceled my green card,” Larissa declared during season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, which was also the last time she appeared on reality TV. However, Larissa has still been in the U.S. since then. After her divorce and multiple counts of domestic abuse, fans doubted whether Larissa would be able to fulfill her dream of becoming a U.S. citizen. In September 2020, Larissa was taken into custody by ICE and was supposedly “placed in removal proceedings" in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act. It was reported that Larissa has a hearing coming up, which could decide if the 90 Day Fiancé celeb has to surrender for removal from the U.S.
At around the same time that Larissa was terminated from 90 Day Fiancé by TLC, she revealed her $70,000 worth of plastic surgery. But Larissa Lima has now revealed that she’s getting more surgery, although she’s “lost relationships” and reduced her chances of obtaining a green card because of it. While telling her Instagram followers about getting breast augmentation this week, Larissa told them that she’s “not asking for advice” as she likes them “fakeeeee.” The Brazilian native added, “I just listen to God, myself, and the surgeon,” as she revealed, “I lost relationships and possibility [a] green card over my plastic surgery.”
The 90 Day Fiancé alum then proceeded to indulge her 751k plus IG followers in a heart-to-heart Q&A session. Larissa answered questions about her favorite clothing brands and insisted that she’s going to continue dodging questions about her children for privacy. Amidst this, Larissa was asked, “How did you lose possibility of citizenship because of plastic surgery?” Larissa tried to explain that losing her citizenship means losing her green card. According to Larissa, she was in a relationship that could have helped her get a green card but, “the father of kids want no boobs and I want.” Larissa added, “We didn’t agree, but we are okay. No bad feelings."
The “kids” in question seem to be her cats, Mapa and Chanel, that Larissa and Eric adopted together. When asked, “why your kids stay with the father,” in a different story, Larissa claimed that “kids are the cats” and Mapa and Chanel are being co-parented by her and Eric. While Larissa is off to get her 1000 CC or 1300 CC, Mapa and Chanel will be staying at Eric’s, but why the 90 Day Fiancé star is not referring to him by his name is a mystery.
