Star of 90 Day Fiancé, Larissa Dos Santos Lima’s assault case finally wraps up after a long and drawn-out divorce with her ex-husband Colt Johnson. The domestic violence accusations from Colt were finally closed and Larissa miraculously has avoided jail time.

Brazillian born Larissa met Las Vegas native Colt and soon moved to America to be with him as documented on season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé. The went on to star in the spinoff 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? on season 4 of the show. It showed the couple not being happily ever after, as the constant fighting and bickering led to Larissa being arrested on domestic battery charges three times throughout their relationship. Colt called the cops three times on his wife during their disputes. He accused her of being violent and she accused him of physical abuse. Both parties showed scratches and wounds, which made it tricky to figure out who's side was to be believed. The Las Vegas police determined that Larissa's alleged defense wounds were actually self-inflicted and for the third arrest she was charged with first-degree domestic battery.

As reported by Radar OnlineLarissa's first domestic violence charge was dismissed, her second was denied. And as for the third charge, the judge reduced the first-degree domestic abuse charge to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct. Not only did Larissa avoid up to six months of jail time, but she also avoided the possibility of being deported as the federal government cannot deport someone for disorderly conduct charge, but they could, however, consider it for domestic abuse charges. The judge ordered her to complete 28 domestic violence counseling sessions and pay a $345 fine.

Colt's mother, Debbie, was always very involved in her son's marriage and even more so in his divorce, saying that she was confident that she will get Larissa deported because of her domestic violence charge. Court records show that the 33-year-old Brazilian model had completed the court-ordered six months of domestic violence classes, has paid off her fines, and completed 48 hours of community service. Larissa's final hearing was on December 4th and there is no sign that the Brazilian beauty will be leaving America any time soon.
