Kenneth Niedermeier from 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way has kept his homesickness a secret from Armando Rubio, but he will soon be returning to St. Petersburg, Florida to be with his kids. The much-loved franchise stars Kenny and Armando are planning their wedding in Mexico in season 3 of the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off. The La Misión residents are arguing over the guest list and Armando’s dad doesn't really know they are engaged. When Kenny revealed that he missed his home in America to his daughter Cassidy Niedermeier, it was a heartbreaking moment. When the father of four Kenny goes back to the U.S., Armando won’t be with him.

In 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 2, Kenny moved to Mexico to be with Armando and his daughter Hannah. Kenny took his time adjusting to life in Mexico. He'd given up everything he knew in the U.S. to move, so relocating was a big sacrifice for him. This was especially true since the 57-year-old grandpa was missing so many grandchild milestones. Being with Armando, 31, was a blessing to Kenny. However, he admitted to feeling depressed. The fact that he wasn’t being honest with Armando was hurting Kenny, who felt selfish for choosing his own romantic happiness over being there for his kids.

Now, 90 Day Fiancé star Kenny is preparing to see his family again, as he confessed that he’s soon reuniting with them in America. In an interview with TampaBay, Kenny spoke of returning to St. Petersburg in October. Kenny will be coming back because his daughter Cassidy is pregnant. Cass, who recently had her baby shower, is due to give birth in about five weeks. Her dad Kenny will be with her to welcome the baby, but he’s sadly not being accompanied by husband Armando because, according to Kenny, “He still can’t come to the states yet.

While Kenny will be at home in St. Pete (where he lived for 16 years and raised his children as an openly gay man), Armando will be going back to his own hometown in San Felipe, Baja California. Armando owns a pet resort called The Pet Resort & Spa on his mom and dad's property, where he worked for five years. “We’re going to try to go to Busch Gardens with my kids and my grandkids,” Kenny said about his travel plans. He also noted that “St. Pete is a great place for eating and coffee houses and stuff.

Ahead of their 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way comeback, Kenny and Armando have revealed that they want to visit Switzerland for their honeymoon. It was barely three or four months after Kenny moved to Mexico that the lockdown took place in March 2020. The couple has since spent quarantine together and documented their life with Hannah and Truffles on Instagram. “I always say if we didn’t kill each other during all this, we were made for each other,” joked Kenny, who married Armando in May 2021. Kenny and Armando recently introduced a new member of their family, Romero the kitten, to their loving fans.
