While couples such as Loren and Alexei Brovanik, and Emily Larina and Sasha Laren, do get praise, fans don't think anyone can compare to Kenny and Armando.
A father of four grown children, Kenny won hearts on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 2 as he left Florida to go to Mexico to stay with his love, Armando, whom he’d met online. The journey wasn’t smooth at all, as Armando, single dad to Hannah, had a larger obstacle to face, which included having the tough conversation about his sexuality with his family. Kenny and Armando still stuck together and got engaged in one of the most emotional proposals 90 Day Fiancé had ever seen, but they did hit a roadblock when their marriage license was denied.
90 Day Fiancé stars Kenny and Armando ultimately won the appeal and tied the knot at the Mansarda winery in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, on May 22 of this year. The fan-favorites called their ceremony “surreal” as they confessed, “This is what we’ve been fighting for.” Reddit fans are appreciating their struggles and success, and declaring them the best couple ever from the franchise. “Voted cutest couple in my yearbook!” wrote a fan on a sweet wedding photo post of Kenny and Armando on the 90 Day Fiancé subreddit. “Cheeeeeers to the best 90 day couple!!!!” wrote another fan, and a comment saying that they’re “one of the couples that really love each other” followed it.
“It’s wholesome stories like these that show this franchise still is ok sometimes,” said a TLC viewer, and someone even said that they cried upon hearing about 90 Day Fiancé stars Kenny and Armando’s wedding because “they are both so sweet, and they deserve happiness.” A fan also noted that Kenny was given sort of a villainous side during 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way after he moved to Mexico “to make the drama work,” but they observed how he and Armando were always too good “for the trash.” The fact that Kenny and Armando make a good couple and parents can be seen in how they’ve raised their kids, who have always been in support of their dads.
However, fans wondered if Armando’s father was present at the wedding, as it was revealed in a Bares All episode that he wasn’t even aware of their engagement until recently. While COVID-19 prevented 90 Day Fiancé's Armando from meeting his family, Kenny didn’t even get a chance to know them better. Armando’s mom had come around to him and Kenny being together, but the same couldn’t be said about his dad. Perhaps this mystery is a sign that everyone’s favorite 90 Day Fiancé couple Kenny and Armando will soon be making their way to season 3 of The Other Way.
