Now that she is reluctantly settling down in Dinwiddie, Virginia, the city girl shared some photos from her past. Julia referred to her style choice as “rock,” though fans had other works for her dramatic past styling.

One fan shared Julia’s throwback photos to the r/90dayfiance sub-Reddit. “Apparently Julia was a scene queen back in the day,” the user captioned the post. The images feature Julia with lip piercings, heavy black eye makeup and jet black hair and bangs in a dramatic layered cut. “I can almost hear My Chemical Romance playing,” one commenter wrote. Julia’s dramatic past looks humored many fans who are used to seeing her with her natural brown hair and a light makeup look. “Mom, I go phase!!!” one user wrote while another wrote back, “I don’t go phase!
